The Cyberspace,which is constructed by the continuous development of network technology,information and communication technology and intelligent technology,is promoting profound changes in all fields and industries of society,and also provides a new perspective for people to observe and understand today and the future society.The transformation of social life from real to virtual field has greatly changed people’s way of thinking,learning,communication and entertainment,and affected the formation and development of college students’ value consensus in cyberspace.In the new era,college students’ consensus on the value of cyberspace is facing the new situation,new challenges and new requirements.From the perspective of the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the
