Research On The Construction Of Soft Power In Public Security Culture

The soft power of public security culture is a spiritual force,which is the collective term for all the quantifiable and non material forces of public security organs.Unlike coercion,the soft power of public security culture is essentially an attractive and infectious force.For internal public security organs,it can guide the direction,unite people’s hearts,promote team building,and assist public security work;For the outside of the public security organs,it can establish a good image of the public security organs and police,guide public opinion,and create unity between the police and the people.At present,the hard power of public security is constantly developing and strengthening,while the construction of public security cultural soft power is relatively lagging behind,and there is still room for improvement in promoting the combat effectiveness of public security.Studying and enhancing the soft power of public security culture is of great significance in both theory and practice,which is also an inevitable requirement for the development of public security work.This article is mainly divided into six parts.Chapter 1 is an introduction,which elaborates on the background and significance of research on the construction of public security cultural soft power,current relevant research results,and shortcomings.And extend the research ideas and methods,key points and difficulties of this article,indicating that the main innovation of this article lies in a comprehensive,in-depth,and systematic review of "public security cultural soft power",elaborating on the source,content,characteristics,significance,etc.of public security cultural soft power,and combining theory with practice,analyzing the problems,reasons,and improvement paths in development and construction,For the first time,a complete system of "soft power of public security culture" has been formed.Finally,elaborate on the important concepts involved in this article.Chapter 2 is the scientific connotation of the construction of public security cultural soft power.This chapter first elaborates on "cultural soft power",indicating that the theory of "cultural soft power" originates
