Study Of Ethinc Communication And Blending In Wumeng Mountain Area Of Yunnan In The New Era

Marxism believes that man is the sum of all his social relations,which means that man can survive and develop in the communication with others,without which there would be no river of human life.Since ancient times,no nation or ethnic can survive and develop without interacting with others.This is an immutable law of nature.It is the continuous exchanges and blending of various ethnic groups throughout the ages that have led to the integration of the Chinese nation and the coexistence of various ethnic groups.In the new era,the CPC and china have attached greater importance to the overall development of the Chinese nation and created new concepts of exchanges,communication and blending.At the level of the Chinese nation,this idea is the way to forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation.At the sub-national level,it becomes a common way for all ethnic groups to achieve self-development in the intersection and symbiosis.In order to deeply understand the Party’s concept and path of ethnic exchanges,communication and blending,this paper takes Wumeng Mountain area of Yunnan Province as the research area,and takes the exchanges,communication and blending of various ethnic groups within the region as the research content.From the historical perspective to explore the current generation of inter-ethnic relations,from the generation of inter-ethnic relations to explore the specific performance and characteristics of ethnic exchanges,communication and blending.By using the ethnic theory and policy of socialism with Chinese characteristics and combining with the regional environment,the existing problems and constraints are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures to promote the communication and blending of regional ethnic groups are explored.The Wumeng Mountain area of Yunnan was once one of the contiguous areas with special difficulties designated by the state.It is composed of 15 cross-regional counties(cities and districts)with a complex ethnic composition and a large minority population.The communication and blending of various ethnic groups in the region has always been an important part of the national ethnic work,as well as an important practice in the implementation of the project of building a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.The trans-regional Wumeng Mountain area of Yunnan has always been an important field for the migration,interaction and integration of various ethnic groups.On this land,various ethnic groups continue to accept the regulation of the unified political system and the encrustation of Chinese culture,with a long historical tradition of ethnic exchanges,communication and blending.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,under the strong leadership of the CPC,all counties(cities and districts)in the Wumeng Mountain area of Yunnan have developed economically and socially in an all-round way,creating a favorable political,economic,cultural and social environment for ethnic exchanges,communication and blending.At the same time,the key to the concrete practice of the path lies in the subjective initiative of the subject of national communication and blending.The promotion of education,culture and publicity programs at all levels and localities has improved the structure and quality of regional ethnic groups,and raised the awareness,quality and ability to support exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups.A continuously improved internal and external environment is the basic guarantee for extensive exchanges,in-depth communication and emotional blending among all ethnic groups.Driven by their own survival and development and stimulated by the external environment,all ethnic groups exhibit certain characteristics in their overall appearance.On the one hand,the commonality among different ethnic groups has increasingly become the mainstream of the development of ethnic relations.At the same time,the inter-ethnic bond has been continuously strengthened,and the social adaptability of inter-ethnic differences has been continuously improved on the basis of the universal respect and tolerance of the society.On the other hand,from the Party’s requirements on the concept of "five all-round embedding",regional ethnic exchanges,communication and blending has taken on a new shape.The five aspects are integrated with each other,but there are still deficiencies.These deficiencies are not only the local manifestation of the overall appearance of ethnic exchanges,communication and blending,but also constitute the obstacles that need to be overcome to achieve the integration of various ethnic exchanges and communication.In addition,the region has a harsh physical and geographical environment and relatively backward economic,social,historical and cultural development.Therefore,it is not easy to solve the internal and external constraints for the blending of various ethnic groups.This requires all counties(cities and districts)to seize the opportunity of the new era,give full play to their own advantages,and seek breakthroughs in improving the internal and external environment for the main bodies of ethnic communication and blending to live and guiding the main bodies to specific practices.According to materialist dialectics,contradictions coexist and quality changes mutually.The current situation of communication and blending among various ethnic groups in the Wumeng Mountains of Yunnan conforms to the law of nature.On the whole,it not only meets the phased goals of the Party and the state on the development of ethnic relations,but also conforms to the value pursuit of the people of all ethnic groups for harmonious coexistence and beautiful creation.In the course of exchanges,communication and blending,regional ethnic relations featuring equality,unity,mutual assistance and harmony have been consolidated,and the Chinese nation’s sense of community has expanded and strengthened.
