Research On Lenin’s Thought Of Proletarian Party Construction And Its Development In China

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which indicates that our Party will shoulder the more arduous duty entrusted by history and the times to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.Although our Party has made great achievements in Reform and Opening-up and socialist modernization after a long period of hard struggle,the future is still full of difficulties,risks and challenges.How to overcome difficulties in today’s complex society and effectively deal with the risks and challenges posed to our Party by the changes in the world,times,and history?This requires the Communist Party of China,with great political courage and a strong sense of responsibility,to draw the essence of wisdom from the thoughts of classical Marxist writers on the construction of proletarian political parties,and to explore new ruling ideas and paths in the light of the characteristics of the times of contemporary Chinese social development,so as to give the Party more cohesiveness,creativeness,and capability.Leninist thought of proletarian party construction is a theory of party construction with rich connotations,a scientific system,and lasting significance,and it is a classic model of strengthening proletarian party construction.Therefore,a thorough and systematic study of Leninist thought on the construction of proletarian political parties will,on the one hand,help us to understand and grasp the scientific theoretical system of Leninist thought on the construction of proletarian political parties more profoundly.On the other hand,it is more important to draw useful experience and enlightenment from the theoretical and practical value of Leninist thought.It provides a solid theoretical basis and correct guiding direction for the Communist Party of China to solve the problems in its own construction and development in the new era,exploring a correct way for the Communist Party of China to strengthen its own construction.According to the above logic,the thesis is guided by Marxist historical materialism,using the theories and methods of Party history,Party building,politics,history,and other disciplines,and is based on the extensive collection,collation,induction,and cultivation of relevant literature on the thought of proletarian party building by classical writers.It follows theoretical logic,historical logic,and practice logic and comprehensively and thoroughly expounds the theoretical resources,the background of the times,the development pattern,the rich connotation,and the development of Leninist thought of proletarian party construction in China,profoundly revealing the historical status and practical significance of Leninist thought.This thesis hopes to provide a useful historical reflection for the Communist Party of China to strengthen its own theoretical construction and promote practical innovation under the new historical conditions from the perspectives of history,achievements,experience,and enlightenment.From the perspective of history,on the one hand,the thoughts of Marx,Engels,and other Marxists on proletarian party construction provide important theoretical support and a source for the formation of Leninist thought on proletarian party construction.Marx and Engels have a series of important thoughts on the nature of proletarian political parties,the importance of ideological education,the importance of propaganda of revolutionary theory,the independence,unity,and democracy of the Party,the quality of Party members,the construction of construction,Lenin emphasized that the proletariat should be encouraged and educated by means of external indoctrination to enhance their theoretical knowledge level and arm the whole Party with Marxist scientific theory.In the aspect of organizational construction,Lenin emphasized that the purity and pioneering role of the Party members should be improved by strictly controlling the admission of Party members,eliminating factions within the Party,cleaning up the Party,and establishing the principle of democratic centralism.In the aspect of style construction,Lenin believed that bureaucracy,corruption,and isolation from the people were unacceptable and must be opposed and rectified.In the aspect of discipline construction,Lenin insisted that iron discipline was an important condition for the victory of the proletarian party revolution and construction,which must be strengthened.In the aspect of system construction,Lenin constantly tried and explored ways to solidify the experience and achievements of Party building into systems in the practice of Russian socialist revolution and construction,and put these systems throughout the self-construction of proletarian political parties.At the same time,Lenin emphasized that the Party Program and Party Constitution should be revised and perfected in time according to the actual needs and that the Party should act within the scope of the constitution and the law,which is the basic requirement of the construction of the proletarian party system.Leninist thought of proletarian party construction has made remarkable achievements and pushed the thought of Marxist party construction to a new stage,that is,the Leninist stage,which has a rather high reference significance for the proletarian parties all over the world,especially for those in backward countries.From the perspective of experience,since the founding of the Communist Party of China,from Mao Zedong to Xi Jinping,the leaders of the Party and the state have all been the grand narrators of Leninist thought of proletarian party construction,who have not only made concrete use of Leninist thought of proletarian party construction,but have also made positive,in-depth,meticulous,and arduous exploration and practice on the new road of the constructing the Communist Party of China,thus accumulating rich experience and achieving fruitful importance of the Party’s system construction.Based on the maj or changes in the world,the country,and the party,Jiang Zemin proposed that under the new historical conditions,the party should build a strong party in accordance with the requirements of the "Three Represents." Hu Jintao emphasized that we should deepen the reform of the political system,carry out pioneering education activities,improve the system of laws and regulations within the Party,and improve the system of cadre selection and appointment,so as to strengthen the Party’s governing ability and pioneering role construction.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has emphasized that the Party’s construction in the new era should focus on the three major constructions of the Party:the construction of governing capacity,the construction of pioneering role,and the construction of purity.We should take political construction as the guide,take ideological construction as the basic construction of the Party,adhere to the combined effort of ideological Party building and institutional Party governance,advance as a whole,and conduct full and rigorous Party self-governance.From the perspective of realistic enlightenment,Leninist thought of strengthening the construction of proletarian political parties is not out of date at present,but has positive practical significance.Under the background of the new era,we should continue to study Leninist thought of proletarian party construction,applying and developing it.It includes upholding and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership;defending the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology;upholding and improving democratic centralism within the Party,insisting on the "iron discipline" to promote the comprehensive and strict self-governance of the Party,strengthening power supervision and maintaining a corruption-free atmosphere;always maintaining the spirit of struggle for self-revolution,and so on.It covers many aspects of politics,ideology,organization,discipline,style,and system,which is not only a contemporary response to Leninist thought of proletarian party construction but also a concentrated summary of the road of the Party revitalizing and strengthening of the Communist Party of China in the new era.
