Active and effective ideological and political education is an important guarantee for the Communist Party of China to win the victory of democratic revolution and build a modern socialist country.Ideological and political education is the education of people,which enables people to accept certain ideological and political moral concept system,and then form their inner belief,value integrity and spiritual principles.Therefore,ideological and political education must enter the mind of the receiving subject,that is,to touch the soul of people,and to make the receiving subject truly identify and accept from the heart.However,the effect of the current ideological and political education is not satisfactory,the fundamental reason is that the effect of the acceptor is not ideal.In the new era,it is the most important and key problem to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of Ideological and political education.The improvement of the scientificity and effectiveness of Ideological and political education is inseparable from the research on the acceptance psychology of the acceptor.To study the acceptor’s acceptance psychology in Ideological and political education,analyze its psychological mechanism and behavior externalization,and then find its psychological barriers to acceptance,and finally come to the optimization countermeasures to eliminate the psychological barriers to acceptance,which can provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for ideological and political education,and fundamentally improve the effectiveness and scientificity of Ideological and political education.The first chapter is the theoretical resources of acceptance psychology in Ideological and political education.As the logical starting point of the whole research,this chapter starts with clarifying the relevant concepts,determines the research orientation,and then discovers and expounds the relevant theoretical basis of the acceptance psychology of Ideological and political education.In order to avoid the concept definition becoming procedural repetition,the purpose of the concept definition here is to serve the core concept of acceptance psychology of Ideological and political education,excavate the connotation of acceptance concept of Ideological and political education from the perspective of acceptance psychology of the receiving subject,and then deeply understand the role of psychology in it from the perspective of acceptance psychology of Ideological and political education,and finally integrate the two reasonably,The reasonable definition of acceptance psychology of Ideological and political education is obtained.The basic theories are mainly introduced in three parts: the first is related theories of Marxism,that is,Marxist epistemology and Marxist theory of human nature;the second is related theories of psychology,that is,constructivism theory,behaviorism theory,humanism theory and information processing theory;the third is other related theories,That is,the theoretical research of Hermeneutics from "author and text" to "reader and text",the reader centered theoretical research of reception aesthetics and the theoretical research of the receiver in communication.The second chapter is the psychological structure and development of Ideological and political education.This part is an important part of the study,because the psychology of Ideological and political education is a complex system,and the system is constantly developing and improving.To carry out a comprehensive and in-depth study of the acceptance psychology,we must understand and grasp the acceptance psychology on the one hand,on the other hand,deeply analyze and explore the psychological structure of acceptance.Therefore,first of all,from the understanding and grasp of the consciousness and psychological characteristics.Secondly,the paper analyzes the psychological structure of Ideological and political education and explores the elements of the psychological structure: motivation,cognition,emotion and will.Finally,the author holds the development,maturity and rules of the receptive psychology of the receiving subject,and the development of the receptive psychology is continuous and phased.The paper focuses on Piaget’s theory of cognitive development stage and Erikson’s theory of personality development stage.The third chapter is about the mechanism of acceptance psychology and externalization of behavior in Ideological and political education.This part is the core of the research.The acceptance of Ideological and political education by the acceptor is a long-term process,and this long-term process is accumulated by the specific acceptance process time after time.The long-term acceptance must show certain stability and related characteristics,while the specific acceptance time after time must show more instantaneity,difference and variability.Similarly,from these two perspectives,the mechanism of acceptance psychology involved is also necessarily different.Therefore,according to the duration and stability of psychological activities,this paper analyzes the mechanism of acceptance psychology from the macro and micro perspectives.The externalization of behavior mainly analyzes the relationship and transformation of thought,psychology and behavior.In short,thought comes from behavior practice.The acceptor obtains the acceptor object through behavior practice.The acceptor object is reflected in the acceptor’s brain and forms thought through complex psychological process.Thought regulates psychological activity and then externalizes into behavior.At the same time,behavior practice will in turn affect psychological activities and further affect the formation of ideas,and the whole process is carried out in a certain context,which needs to be analyzed in a specific context.The fourth chapter,the psychological barriers of Ideological and political education.This part is an important part of the research.Different from the psychological obstacles in psychology,the psychological obstacles in the acceptance of Ideological and political education do not refer to a certain disease,but refer to the related psychological activities or psychological factors that are not conducive to or hinder the acceptance of Ideological and political education.Therefore,the psychological barriers of Ideological and political education to study is the normal group at a certain time or period of time directly affect the acceptance of psychological barriers,is through the help of others and individual efforts can be overcome and eliminated in a short period of time.Therefore,the psychological barriers of the acceptor mainly include motivation barriers,cognitive barriers,emotional barriers and willpower barriers,less involving consciousness barriers,ability barriers and personality barriers.The fifth chapter,ideological and political education accept psychological optimization.This part is the key of the research.Focusing on the psychological growth and development of the acceptor,we can find that the main factors affecting the acceptor’s psychological acceptance of Ideological and political education are the acceptor’s own internal psychological conditions,educators’ conditions and environmental conditions.Good educators’ conditions and environmental conditions can promote the acceptor to form good internal psychological conditions,and then make the acceptor form good acceptance psychology.Therefore,we should start from these three aspects and put forward feasible optimization strategies.
