Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era achieved a new leap in the Sinicization of Marxism,which is the contemporary China’s Marxism,the twenty-first Century Marxism,and the essence of China culture and China spirit.It has decisive significance for adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,building a modern socialist power and building a long-term ruling Marxist political party to learn,understand and comprehend the thought.Concept is the basic element of the theory.The theoretical innovation starts from the interpretation of the concept.The key concepts embody the main connotation and logical connection of the development of theoretical innovation.Therefore,the research from the perspective of key concepts has important theoretical and practical significance for ideological research.This paper holds that through the study of key concepts can be clearly shown Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era’s internal logic.Xi Jinping closely focused on the three times’ issues put forward by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.In his answers to these three times’ issues,he gradually showed the integrity and systematization of new ideas,and constructed the logical framework of new ideas with key concepts.First of all,through the three major topics of the times put forward by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,we have a holistic grasp of the new idea.Based on the basic and original standards,we have selected nine concepts,such as the new era,the Chinese dream,the community of human destiny,the people-centered,the modernization of national governance system and ability,shared development,cultural self-confidence,all-round party leadership,the party’ s construction on politics.Secondly,each key concept is studied one by one,and then the logical relationship between key concepts and their position in the key concept group of new ideas are analyzed,in order to try to present the logical structure,internal laws and original contributions of new ideas.The first is to trace the theoretical origin of the key concepts.Xi Jinping’s thought is the innovation and development of Marxism and its theoretical achievements in China Therefore,this paper traces the theoretical origin of the key concepts,mainly from the Marxist text and the historical process since the founding of the Communist Party of China.The second is to explain the connotation of key concepts.The key concepts Xi Jinping put forward are mainly reflected in the succession,developmental and practice of the concept in connotation.Succession is embodied in following the meaning of Marxist philosophy and continuously promoting the historical mission of the Communist Party of China;The development is embodied in that the concept is endowed with different connotation under the new era and in the new development stage,which is the fundamental motivation of the original key concept put forward by Xi Jinping;Practicality is embodied in the guiding significance of the ideas carried by the concept to practice,which is the practical reason why the concept was put forward.Third,summarize the originality of key concepts.The carding of the originality of key concepts is formed in the tracing of concept theory and the analysis of basic connotation,and is the further development of the concept modernization.It is mainly reflected in the innovation of the concept in the form of discourse expression,the innovation of the concept connotation,the breakthrough development of the existing theory,and the historical change in practice.Finally,it returns to the holistic vision,presents the overall conceptual framework of the new thought,and explores the important internal laws that the new thought presents in the process of inheriting and developing the Marxist theory,that is,it highlights the continuity of the theory,contains the profound heritage of China’s excellent traditional culture,takes root in the broad vision of the Marxist theory,adheres to the logical problem orientation,highlights the characteristics and innovation of the new era,etc.In short,the article chooses to study the new thought from the perspective of key concepts,paying more attention to its innovation,which is the most prominent feature of the thought,and also the key to know and understand the thought.At the same time,with the method of systematic thinking and the help of key concepts,the research path from the whole to the detail,and then back to the whole is realized,from which the internal logic and common laws of thought are found.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has written the new thought into the party constitution,which marks the maturity of this thought,but it does not mean the completion of the thought.The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee once again defined the decisive significance of the "two establishment" to the development of the cause of the party and the country.This means that this idea is still in progress,it is an open ideological system.Therefore,the key concepts of the new ideas will inevitably undergo certain adjustments and changes on the basis of maintaining relative stability.How to track the further development and innovation of this idea,and continue to sort out the more abundant and perfect logical relationship and structure between key concepts,are the new problems and difficulties faced by the follow-up research of this paper.
