Friedrich Engels pointed out: “If a nation wants to stand at the peak of science,it can not be without theoretical thinking for a moment.”The reason why the great practice of Chinese revolution,construction and reform has moved from a victory to a greater victory is that we can not do without the guidance of philosophical methodology for a moment.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the central leading collectives of all previous dynasties have attached great importance to the methodology of strategic thinking,and have creatively put forward a series of methodological principles from the strategic height to solve many problems arising from the Chinese revolution,construction and reform at that time.We are now in a crucial period of comprehensively deepening reform,economic development has entered a new normal,the world is in a century of great changes,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has entered a crucial period,and we are confronted with new situations and new problems that we must urgently address.These problems interweave,influence and restrict each other,and objectively need the holistic thinking paradigm,that is,strategic thinking methodology carries out overall planning,overall promotion and systematic solution.Based on this background and the need of practice,this paper tries to deeply study the methodology of strategic thinking of deepening reform in an all-round way and provides theoretical reference and methodological enlightenment for solving the problems of the times.The basic train of thought of this article lies in: taking the Marxist World Outlook method as the basic theory basis and the research foundation,from a holistic perspective,this paper attempts to study the related theories of strategy,strategic thinking and strategic thinking methodology from a philosophical perspective in the ancient and modern academia,and tries to focus on the historical process and practical problems of deepening the reform in an all-round way,making a systematic study of the value significance,logical composition and practical application of the strategic thinking methodology of deepening the reform in an all-round way,this paper attempts to construct a theoretical system of reform strategic thinking methodology based on Marxist philosophy methodology.On this basis,this paper intends to further reveal the basic rule and experience of the Chinese communists in mastering and applying methodology in reform,in order to push forward the further development of the reform methodology system in an all-round way,we should try and explore what we can.Comprehensively deepening reform is a profound social revolution,which must be planned and promoted systematically from the height of strategic thinking and based on two overall situations.Specifically,starting from the basic stand and method of Marxism,the innovative exploratory work done in this paper mainly includes:discuss the basic connotation of the methodology of strategic thinking of comprehensively deepening reform,and try to put forward a new system of strategic thinking methodology.In this paper,“Strategic Value Theory” answers the question of “Value Gist” of comprehensively deepening reform,“Strategic Epistemology” answers the question of “ Scientific Understanding ” of comprehensively deepening reform,“Strategic Dialectics” answers the question of“Strategic Method” of comprehensively deepening reform,“Strategic System Theory ” answers the question of “ Overall Efficiency ” of comprehensively deepening reform,and “Strategic Practice Theory” answers the question of “Practical Application” of comprehensively deepening reform.In a word,this paper,based on the Marxist philosophy and from the perspective of strategic thinking,constructs an innovative system of strategic thinking methodology,which is expected to be the material force to turn contemporary reform into reality.The comprehensively deepening reform is a never-ending process of development,while the reform is not completed.The methodology used in the reform must be different according to different situations in different periods.In fact,it is not easy to give a philosophical methodological study of such a grand and changeable realistic problem,trying to do some theoretical preparation and immature preliminary exploration for the innovation of reform methodology.
