Competition plays an important role in promoting the development of market economy,which is the inherent characteristic of market economy.Only through the fluctuation of competition,and thus through the fluctuation of commodity prices,can the law of value of commodity production be implemented,and the necessary labor time of society determine the value of commodities can become a reality.However,the temptation to go beyond the boundaries of fair play is great in a highly aggressive market,where firms adopt a "by all means" stance to gain a competitive advantage,and it is easy to relax or even abandon the restrictions of fair play concepts and ethics on competition.The development of Chinese economy and the promotion of industrial competitiveness has become the important factor that restricts the disorder and disorder of enterprise market competition.In the fierce market competition,some operators,due to strong strength,advanced technology,marketable products and other reasons,continue to grow and form a monopoly position in a production,circulation or service field,control or dominate the market;In order to maintain their survival in the competition or seek huge profits,some business operators even resort to improper means such as counterfeiting others’ registered trademarks and selling goods at prices below cost,thus harming the legitimate rights and interests of other business operators and disrupting the social and economic order.Competition,as a conscious and purposeful economic activity of human beings,must be carried out by rules,especially ethical and moral rules,otherwise market competition will become disorderly competition that destroys market economy itself.A careful examination of the existing problems will find that the current problem is not excessive competition,but whether the competition is reasonable,not too much competition,but too unreasonable competition.The main reason is that mature social rules and perfect competition moral order have not been established.Unscientific and incomplete enterprise competition moral norms have seriously affected the fairness,fairness and openness of enterprise competition,leading to the failure to achieve the due goal of competition.At the same time,we also need an enterprise competition ethic,need a competition mechanism that can mobilize and stimulate the enthusiasm of each enterprise and its employees.Enterprise competition is the main market behavior of enterprises,and enterprise competition ethics plays a very important role in the whole operation process of enterprises.The spirit of competition will play a more and more important role in the enterprise,and the entrepreneur’s competitive consciousness and concept will directly affect the further development of the enterprise.Therefore,in order to avoid the occurrence of the abnormal behavior of the enterprise competition,guide the enterprise healthy competition,give play to the competitive advantage,it is necessary to standardize the enterprise competition ethics.It is also an important part of business ethics to explore the connotation of enterprise competition under the condition of market economy,grasp the moral mechanism of enterprise competition,establish business ethics standards that meet the requirements of market economy and adapt to competition,and reduce the negative impact of enterprise competition on market economy.The research of business competition in the economic field is mature and has obtained abundant results,but business competition ethics is a neglected topic.The purpose of this paper is to expound a kind of idea of business ethical competition,and to deeply explore why to study business ethical competition and the theoretical basis of the study of business ethical competition,which is not only an expansion of the thought of economic ethics,but also a new perspective of applied ethics research.At the same time,this paper also strives to provide theoretical support and practical path for standardizing enterprise competition behavior and maintaining good market order,and puts forward feasible suggestions for the smooth implementation of enterprise competition ethics.This article is divided into six parts:In the first part,the background and significance of the thesis are expounded,and the basic research ideas and methods are put forward.The second part is the necessity of enterprise competition,analyzes the importance of competition in market economy and why enterprises should compete.The third part is the introduction of the ethics of enterprise competition,which is imperative after putting forward the reasons why enterprise competition needs restraint,the benefits of ethical competition and the ethics of enterprise competition.The fourth part mainly discusses the ethical problems in enterprise competition.First of all,the paper enumerates the performance of the ethical problems in the enterprise competition,then discusses the harm of the ethical problems in the enterprise competition,and finally analyzes the causes of the ethical problems in the enterprise competition,and provides the problem guidance for the optimization of the ethical problems in the enterprise competition in the fifth part.The fifth part discusses the principles of competition ethics of enterprises.It includes the theoretical principles of enterprise competition ethics,the practical principles of enterprise competition ethics and the application of enterprise competition ethics principles.The sixth part,according to the ethical problems and the principles of enterprise competition ethics,puts forward the optimization suggestions of enterprise competition ethics,mainly from three aspects: enterprise to enterprise competition ethics,society to enterprise competition ethics,and government to enterprise competition ethics.
