Study On The Function Of Moral Education Of Tujia Folk Culture

The report of the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:"as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved.What we face currently is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life."The transformation of the main social contradictions is the basis for the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping once indicated that we must firmly grasp the staged characteristics of our country’s development in the new era,firmly grasp the people’s yearning for a better life,put forward new ideas,new strategies,and secure a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Compared with material and cultural needs,people’s needs for a better life are richer which put forward corresponding requirements for people’s all-round development and social all-round progress.Therefore,the new era puts forward higher requirements for the construction of both material and spiritual culture.Over 40 years’reform and opening up,driven by scientific technology and industrial reforms,the market economy has developed rapidly and maturely,and people’s material standard of living has greatly improved,but the spiritual culture are still relatively lagging,restricting the further and deeper development of the society.Building God’s reason with the scenery customs,applying culture with softness and remoteness,in order to revitalize the countryside,the revitalization of rural culture will keep up with the pace.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,the prosperity of culture leads to the prosperity of the country,and the strong culture leads to the strong nation.To create a beautiful countryside and beautiful China,we must strengthen the spiritual and moral construction of people.A land of soil and water nourishes its people and cultivates its spirit.The special geographical environment of the Tujia ethnic group,as well as the long-term historical practice of the Tujia people,gave birth to the Tujia ethnic group’s production and lifestyle that distinguished it from other ethnic groups,and accumulated a long and rich Tujia folk culture.This paper holds that folk culture mainly refers to the social folk custom which condenses the cultural spirit.The universal ethnic character,ideological characteristics and native land emotion and other cultural traits inherited by these excellent traditional folk cultures have highlighted the realistic value of the era’s moral education function of the ethnic cultural spirit.This paper adheres to the guidance of Marxist historical materialism and fully excavates the literature and research results of contemporary Tujia research,and uses Folklore,history,political science,sociology,pedagogy and other research perspectives,to conduct a more systematic and in-depth study of Tujia traditional folk culture.Carrying out research on Tujia folk custom culture has expanded the scope of Tujia culture research and deepened the content of Tujia culture research;it is conducive to the correct understanding and handling of ethnic relations in Tujia areas and even minority areas.It inherits and develops the traditional culture of the Tujia ethnic group,not only conforms to the requirements of the times,but also helps build a harmonious society in the Tujia area and promote the construction of the Chinese nation community.First of all,It analyzes and studies the basic situation of Tujia folk culture in the new era from the theoretical level under the value principle and value orientation of the times,to satisfy the realistic demands of moral education in the new era,and build the unity of inner knowledge and action and a harmonious and shared value system of moral education.Therefore,the study clarifies the related concepts of Tujia folk culture and its moral education function,and explore and sort out the new connotations and new measures of Tujia folk culture and its moral education,inherit and develop the excellent traditional culture of the ethnic group,eliminate the"pain points"of social development with the concept of harmony,tolerance,and sharing of moral education.Guided by the function of moral education,promote the material and spiritual civilization of human and society,to advance the integration of traditional folk culture and modern humanistic technology,we should realize the harmony between individuals,man and nature,man and society,make full use of the function of moral education from folk culture in the new era,and expound the legitimacy,possibility and rationality of moral education of Tujia folk culture in new era,promoting people’s moral values to be infinitely close to truth,goodness and beauty,and to demonstrate the realistic demands of building a beautiful countryside.It highlights the moral education function of Tujia folk culture from multi-dimensional perspective of ethnic group and the world,academy and reality,tradition and modernity,for realizing people’s moral pursuit and maximizing social values.Secondly,it analyzes and studies the current status of moral education function of Tujia folk culture from the practical level.Although moral education in the traditional society is in the same line in terms of value principles and guidance,there are still era differences in actual demands.On the positive side,the excellent traditional cultural values in Tujia folk culture can clarify the scope of value judgment for the function of moral education,increase moral value,and improve the effectiveness of moral education.On the negative side,the rapid development of modern economic society,the lagging nature of folk culture,the impact of multiple social cultures,and the lack of a guarantee mechanism for the functioning of moral education also make the function of Tujia folk culture and moral education exist the contradictory problems between the ethnic group and cosmopolitanism,academy and reality,tradition and modernity.The difficulty and complexity of these issues have brought new challenges to moral education in compliance with the rural revitalization strategy.The function of moral education of Tujia folk custom culture still needs to be further improved in practice.Thirdly,problem-oriented,it analyzes the problem,looking for the ways to cope with it.The functioning of moral education of Tujia folk culture must be solved from two dimensions of theory and practice in combination with its origin and characteristics of the times.In theory,with the guidance of Marxist ethnic culture and moral education,enrich and develop the functional theoretical system of folk culture and moral education establishing a correct view of justice and benefit and harmonious and inclusive values.In practice,in the process of realizing the function of moral education,we pay attention to the effective combination of traditional cultural connotation and humanistic technology to truly realize the effective training and promotion of individual and social morality.Finally,it seeks to explore the path and countermeasures to solve the problem.Under the guidance of adhering to the concept of ethnic culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics and in the new era,how to strengthen the protection and development awareness of Tujia folk culture,building the guarantee mechanism of talents,resources and values,creating an inclusive and harmonious ecological environment,promoting the coordinated development of individual,nature and society,to strengthen cultural confidence,and build a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.
