Research On The Construction Of Cultural Confidence Of The CPC In The New Era

Culture is the spiritual blood of a nation,the internal driving force for the prosperity of a country,the inheritance of history,the continuation of value and the thriving of spirit.As Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee,said in his speech at the meeting celebrating the 95 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,"if we do not forget our original intention and continue to move forward,we must enhance our confidence in the path,theory,system,and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics".Among the "Four Matters of Confidence",cultural confidence is a more basic,deeper and lasting force.It can not only make a country and a political party have strong cultural cohesion and appeal,but also make it stick to its original intention,maintain its true colors,forge ahead and create brilliance in the change of the times.Only with strong cultural confidence can the cultural leadership of the CPC be comprehensively improved and truly lead the broad masses of the people to make unremitting efforts to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era,the ruling ability and leadership level of the CPC have been further improved,and the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made great achievements attracting worldwide attention.However,the struggle situation in the ideological field is still complex,and the national cultural security is facing severe challenges.Historical nihilism,Neo liberalism,"Universal Axiology" and other erroneous thoughts are rampant.These erroneous ideas erode the body of the Party,corrode Party cadres and assimilate Party members and the masses.If the cultural confidence is not firm,it will lose its direction,even become closed and rigid,change its flag.Therefore,in the new era and new journey,the Party’s cultural confidence construction is very important,which is related to the effect of the Party’s ideological construction,the enhancement of the Party’s ruling ability,and the improvement of the Party’s cultural leadership.Through the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and systematic analysis,this paper takes the construction of cultural confidence of the CPC in the new era as the research object.The research is carried out according to the idea of "What is the Party’s cultural confidence,what can we do to enhance the Party’s cultural confidence,what should we do to enhance the Party’s cultural confidence,and how to enhance the Party’s cultural confidence ".Firstly,it clarifies the theoretical resources and knowledge reference of the cultural confidence construction research of the CPC in the new era from the aspects of Marxist classical writers,the cultural theory of the CPC,the political thought in the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the relevant western cultural theories.Secondly,it reviews the process of the cultural confidence construction of the CPC in the period of new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and summarizes the experience.Thirdly,it combs the main contents,work priorities and fundamental objectives of the cultural confidence construction of the CPC in the new era,and clarifies the logical approach of the cultural confidence construction of the CPC in the new era.Fourthly,it summarizes the shortcomings of the cultural confidence construction of the CPC in the new era,and summarize the experience.Finally,it puts forward the optimization path of the cultural confidence construction of the CPC in the new era.The paper reveals the difference of the cultural confidence between the Communist Party of China in the new era and the socialism with Chinese characteristics,condenses the basic content of the construction of the cultural confidence of the Communist Party of China in the new era,and puts forward that strengthening the construction of cultural confidence of the Communist Party of China in the new era is an important way to radiate and drive the Chinese nation to enhance cultural confidence and achieve great rejuvenation,we need to take strengthening the faith,belief,mission and responsibility,guidance of value and action consciousness of Party members as key indicators,constantly improve the Party’s cultural leadership,centripetal force,cohesion and appeal,and strive to promote the cultural confidence of the whole nation with the cultural confidence of the whole Party.
