Art communication is an important part of art activities,with rich connotation and distinctive characteristics.Art communication management plays an important role in the field of art management.The art communication activities in human history have promoted the wide spread and exchange of art activities and their creative achievements through different ways.Art communication in different periods has its own mode of activity and historical characteristics,and the management behavior of its implementation has the imprint of society,times and history.In the first half of the 20 th century,various art communication management activities were successively carried out in Northeast China by the late Qing government,Japanese colonial rulers,Tsarist Russian colonial rulers,Fengxi warlords,puppet Manchukuo regime,Kuomintang and Communist Party.The communication management showed the prominent characteristics of the coexistence of multiple management subjects,the fierce confrontation between colonial rulers and artists,and the establishment of the Communist Party of China’s art communication purpose of "serving the people".Since ancient times,China has been a country with extremely rich ethnic culture.From1900 to the end of the late Qing Dynasty,the bumpy development of Northeast art communication management began to sprout.During this period,the non "original" communication attribute of the literary and artistic development in Northeast China and the arrival of the exile culture led to the "mutation" of the Northeast culture itself.When the colonialists occupied the management power,the art communication management was first carried out in the press.As the ruler of the Qing Dynasty,the art communication management in Northeast China basically presents a kind of disorder and natural form,which belongs to the natural operation of cultural and artistic activities.While the Japanese and Russian colonists carried out cultural colonization,they integrated Japanese culture with local culture,just like the effects brought by all colonial cultures,gradually showing a unique mixed phenomenon.Therefore,at the beginning of the 20 th century,the art communication in Northeast China showed a prominent color of colonization.From 1911 to 1931,the main body of art communication management in Northeast China exercised the most diverse functions and powers.The Fengxi Warlord’s clean—up and management of the literature and art market promoted the positive development of art communication in Northeast China.A kind of communication and management activities with modern significance began to form.The communication and management mode of culture and art in Northeast China changed from the embryonic stage to the modern stage.Warlord zhang zuolin’s governance has accelerated the pace of cultural and artistic activities and their dissemination,and the backward and inactive management mode in the old era has been gradually eliminated.As a colonial ruler who colluded with the Northeast rulers,he introduced and advocated a certain modern mean of art communication,which not only had a great impact on the Northeast people,but also brought psychological anesthesia and harm.Therefore,the Northeast art communication in this period entered a state of management variation from the beginning.From 1931 to 1945,the management of art communication in Northeast China took a historical turn.The Japanese colonial rulers used both hard and soft means to occupy the communication channel.The management of art communication in Northeast China changed from the state of "multi subject parallel" to the situation of joint autocracy of the Japanese colonial rulers and the puppet Manchukuo government.As a result,the art activities and their communication in that period changed fundamentally.The high pressure and autocratic management of art communication became a part of the colonial plan of Japanese rulers.In spite of this,there are still a large number of literary and artistic talents who,in the face of great pressure,do not change their original mind.In the turbulent environment of the times,resolutely took the responsibility of communication management,and made important contributions to promoting the development of modern art in the northeast.From 1945 to 1949,the northeast region entered the period of liberation war,and the confrontation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in the management of art communication was in a changing stage.The Communist Party of China has carried out the management of drama,Yangko opera,film,music,dance,fine arts and other art forms of communication in an all—round way.The arrival of a large number of literary and artistic workers broadened the channels of art communication and its management.Under the background of war,the Communist Party of China attaches particular importance to the control of artistic activities and their dissemination,seizing the opportunity to promote mass cultural and artistic activities and give full play to the important role of revolutionary literature and art.War-time art communication and its management have many different characteristics from those in peace time.In terms of communication content,it is generally related to war and has become an important tool to meet the needs of our own war;in terms of communication mechanism,it tends to be high—energy,efficient and fast—paced,showing its smooth and fast operation;In terms of communication mode,it is usually more simplified and centralized than non war-time,showing the sense of coordination between relevant institutions and personnel;In terms of communication effect,it is necessary to ensure the positive and direct impact on the war process.Based on various requirements,relying on its strong organizational system,its members’ high political consciousness and fighting spirit,and the strong support of the people,the CPC far exceeds the Kuomintang regime and its army in the overall aspect of art communication.The Japanese puppet regime and the Kuomintang regime after it changed the management of art communication.The popular idea of art for the people has been established,and it belongs to the people the era of art communication has officially arrived.Through the analysis of the characteristics of art communication management in Northeast China in the first half of the 20 th century,we can see the differences of art management concepts,management mechanisms,management methods and some regular characteristics of different management subjects in different periods,which shows the inheritance and construction process of the art communication management system in Northeast China,and highlights the internal relations and differences between different management subjects.Before the liberation of Northeast China by the Communist Party of China,the colonial rulers or rulers in different periods had different degrees of control and restriction on art communication institutions and entities.Although they sometimes brought some space for various art communication institutions to operate,in essence,they belonged to the strict control of ideology and the persecution of human body and spirit.The new art communication and its management under the leadership of the Communist Party of China takes the interests of the people as the fundamental purpose,greatly liberate the artistic productivity,create unprecedented communication efficiency and bring welfare to the people.Its art communication and management practice has not only become an important spiritual wealth of China’s culture and art management in the 20 th century,but also laid a solid foundation for the art communication management of new China,provided useful experience and reference,and added a thick page to China’s vast art management history,with indelible historical value and contemporary significance.
