On The "Siqing" Movement Of Guangshan County,Henan Province

The "siqing" movement is a major events in the history of the People’s Republic of China.The "siqing" movement that happened between "the big jump movement" and "the cultural revolution movement" is the more important of many political movements since 1949.The "si qing" movement which is the result of the development of the class struggle theory since 1957 is a prelude and preview to "the cultural revolution movement".This dissertation which choose Guangshan County Henan Province as a case is a micro-research on the "siqing" movement.This dissertation consists of the introduction and the text and the conclusion.The text include six chapters.Contents of this dissertation is roughly as follows:The introduction introduced many contents,such as the selected topic origin,different concepts,the related academic history,the research method,the innovation points,and materials.Chapter 1 introduce natural environment and economic about Guangshan County,in order to let readers have a perceptual knowledge of Guangshan County.At the same time,chapter l introduce the historical development vein about Guangshan County before the "siqing"movement.Chapterl Adopts the principle which introduce ancient briefly and detailed today,when introduce the historical development vein.Chapterl introduce evolving organizational structure about Guangshan County briefly.Chapter 1 detailed many contents which happened in Guangshan County,such as the history of againsting aggression and oppression in morden times,the history of the evolution of the local party of the CCP,the history of government institutions,the history of political movements between 1949 and the "siqing" movement,and the history of "xinyang event".Chapter 2 is about the historical background of Guangshan County’s "siqing" movement.First,it is about the "siqing" movement’s international and domestic background.The "siqing"movement is the result of international and domestic factors working together.Disagreements which appeared in the central committee of the communist party of China during the adjustment to the national economy and other aspects and the situation worse which happened in international and surrounding,let Mao Zedong’s judgment of the situation appeared deviation.Mao Zedong decided to launch a socialist education movement.Mao Zedong expected that large-scale class struggle could prevent the "peaceful evolution".In addition,the text put Guangshan County’s"si qing" movement in the country and Henan Province and Xinyang Zone’s"siqing" movement.So the text introduce many contens,such as the socialist education movement which happened before the "siqing" movement,the guiding ideology of the "siqing" movement,the country’s"siqing"movement,Henan Province’s"siqing" movement,and Xinyang zone’s "siqing" movement.Chapter 3 is about the historical process of Guangshan County’s "siqing" movement.Guangshan County’s"siqing" movement was divided into four different periods.They are beginning and development and climax and end.The start period can be divided into 3 small periods.They are campaign of the club and "sanqing" movement and such as mass socialist education movement in the preliminary phase.The development period was divided into four small stage:the county’s socialist education movement pilot and the fall of 1963 distribution’s"xiao siqing" and the ordinarysocialist education movement and the system of socialist education movement spread out at the same time and "xiao siqing" movement.The climax of the guangshan county’s"da siqing" movement which was dominated by the Guangshan "siqing"Chapter House.The text introuduce learning Mao’sbook movement,violation of decree law,suicide,and Fangzhai village’s "da siqing" movement which was prefectural Party committee’s emphasis.Chapter 4 is about the measures which was used for promotping Guangshan County’s "si qing" movement.These measures include six aspects.They are the policy of local and Checking the movement conditiond and guiding movement and exchanging experiences through internal publication and disseminating five kinds of history and "againsting revisionism" and program files;and promoting typical experiences and doing a good job in security work.local policies include 8 kindsof policies.They are masses relationship policy,and land rich bad policy,and dealing with relationship between public and private policy,and economic range policy,and processing of party members,cadres loss of position and corruption policy,dealing with the feudal superstition policy,dealing with the illegal marriage policy,handling gambling policy.Inspection campaign include 3 aspects.They are summarying the achievements and deficiencies,Second,puting forward the problems existing in the correct opinions and gain the experience,promoteing examination.Internal publication have two kinds.They are namely long-term publication and short-term publication.Chapter 5 is about mobilization mechanism of the "siqing" movement.This chapter have three parts.Part1 introduce the way that mobilize member of Communist Party of China and cadres Part2 introduce the way that mobilize "siqing" crew.Part 3 introduce the way that mobilize common people.The way the way that mobilize member of Communist Party of China and cadres include:hold three(two)class cadre meeting;hold other kinds of meeting;do a good job of the logistics.The way that mobilize "siqing" crew include:establish strict regulations;Train"siqing"team;hold all kinds meeting;do a good job of the logistics.The way that mobilize common people include:have a meal with poor peasants,live with poor peasants work with poor peasants;slove poor peasants’s difficulty and distribute achievements in"siqing" movement;hold all kinds of meeting;make typical demonstration;guide the masses recall contrast,organize the masses to complain;Establish poor peasants’ organization;carry out the cultural propaganda and train rural medics.Chapter 6 introduce youth work and women workand militia work during in the "siqing"movement.Establishing and improveing youth organization and women organization and militia organization and launching they to take a part in active part in sportsis an important part of the "si qing"movement.Guangshan County’s"siqing" movement attached great importance to youth work and women work and militia work.The conclusion appraise Guangshan County’s"siqing" movement from positivity and passivity.Guangshan County’s "siqing" movement has not only some positive significance,but also many negative aspects.The negative aspects are the main.The conclusion also point out that Guangshan County’s"siqing" movement have local characterization at the same.
