Serious illness has a very serious impact on patients and their families.Serious illness insurance has become the "bottom line" insurance for patients.However,its self limited and basic features cannot completely solve the family burden caused by serious illness.The complementary role of commercial serious illness insurance to serious illness insurance has attracted more and more attention.It is of practical significance to strengthen the coordination and connection between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance to prevent patients and their families from becoming poor due to illness and returning to poverty due to illness to the greatest extent.Taking serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance as research objects,this paper focuses on how to guide the policy formulation and coordinated development of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,and how to optimize the connection between them,with a view to revealing the coupling and coordination mechanism of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,creating a connection mechanism between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,and promoting the coordinated development of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,Provide certain theoretical basis and countermeasure support.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: First,define serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,and analyze the coupling and coordination relationship between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,as well as the linking operation mode;Then,it analyzes the coupling mechanism of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance from the dimensions of security function,security scope,security technology,etc.,constructs the evaluation index system of the coupling coordination of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,selects the coupling coordination degree model of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,and analyzes the level of coupling coordination development;Secondly,analyze the constraints on the connection between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,sort out the constraints on the connection from the dimensions of commercial health insurance and medical insurance,various types of insurance in the medical insurance system,and insurance related to social insurance,and select and analyze internal constraints,external constraints,and internal external joint constraints;Finally,according to the analysis of coupling and coordinated development level and connection constraints,improve the level of coupling and coordination between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,and improve the connection mechanism between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance to promote their coordinated and sustainable development.The main research work and innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)It reveals the mutual aid mechanism between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance.The concept of cohesion in pedagogy was transferred to the insurance research of serious diseases,and the concept of coupling in physics was transferred to the insurance research of serious diseases.The "mutual aid theory of serious disease insurance" was put forward.The theoretical connotation is shown in the coupling degree,coordination degree,coupling coordination degree and cohesion mechanism between serious disease insurance and commercial serious disease insurance.On the one hand,it explored the impact mechanism of serious illness insurance on commercial serious illness insurance,and the impact mechanism of commercial serious illness insurance on serious illness insurance.The lack of protection of serious illness insurance and the inflexibility of compensation methods stimulated the purchase necessity and enthusiasm of commercial serious illness insurance;The flexibility and compensation of commercial serious disease insurance promote the optimization of coverage and content of serious disease insurance.On the other hand,from the consistency of service objectives,the consistency of essential attributes,and the linkage of service means,the requirements of the cohesion function are clarified;This paper studies the working principle of cohesion from the self limited feature of serious illness insurance and the complementary feature of commercial serious illness insurance.(2)The coupling coordination model of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance is constructed.First of all,the coupling mechanism between serious disease insurance and commercial serious disease insurance is analyzed from the three dimensions of security function,security scope and security technology.The index system of the risk security system for serious disease consisting of 11 indicators is developed.The coupling degree model,coupling coordination degree model,coupling coordination degree grade and type are discussed.The square root of coupling degree and coordination degree is used to measure coupling coordination,The coupling coordination model of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance is constructed.Then,the application of the model to time series coupling and spatial coupling analysis shows that in 2012-2019,the coupling degree between national serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance was in an antagonistic stage,and the coupling coordination degree increased year by year;In 2019,there was a great difference in the comprehensive development level between the east and the west of the country,and the coupling degree between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance in most regions was at an antagonistic stage,and the coupling coordination degree was out of balance.Finally,from three aspects of correctly understanding the difference and connection between the two mechanisms,accurately grasping the role and positioning of the two mechanisms,and strengthening the refinement and regionalization of policy formulation,guide the policy formulation and coordinated development quantification of serious disease insurance and commercial serious disease insurance.(3)The influence mechanism of the connection between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance has been proved.This paper probes into the internal and external constraints of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance,and proves the linkage mechanism between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance.First of all,the Logistic regression model is constructed and the forward stepwise screening method is used to analyze the internal constraints,such as "health status","per capita family income","gender","age","education level",and "number of children",which affect residents’ willingness to connect commercial serious disease insurance on the basis of serious disease insurance.Then,the Logistic regression model is constructed and the external constraints are analyzed with the forward step by step screening method.The "operating rules","public value recognition","settlement linkage","information mastery" and "hidden restrictions" have an impact on the understanding of the objective conditions for the connection between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance.Finally,a logistic regression model of internal and external constraints of serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance is constructed,and the results further confirm the internal and external constraints that affect the connection between serious illness insurance and commercial serious illness insurance.
