Exploring the effect and mechanism of magnetized water irrigation on soil fertility and crop growth is of great significance for improving agricultural water resources production efficiency and achieving agricultural quality and efficiency.Based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties of magnetized water,soil water and salt,cotton seed germination and seedling growth,cotton growth and soil fertility under magnetized water irrigation were systematically studied.The soil water movement model and cotton growth model under magnetized water irrigation were constructed.The main research results are as follows:(1)Surface tension,viscosity and dissolved oxygen were the key physical and chemical indexes to determine the activity of magnetized water.A comprehensive evaluation index that could comprehensively quantify the effectiveness of magnetized water from the three dimensions of water molecule ductility,intermolecular interaction strength and free water ratio was established.The soil infiltration model and hydrodynamic parameter model under the action of magnetized water were constructed,and the internal mechanism of soil water movement under magnetized water infiltration was clarified.(2)The response of maximum relative water absorption and water absorption rate,seed germination and germination vigor,seedling emergence rate and seedling quality to magnetized water irrigation water quality and magnetic field intensity was determined.The optimum magnetic field intensitysuitable for cotton seed germination and seedling growth was determined(0.3T).(3)The effects of magnetized water irrigation water quality and magnetic field intensity on soil water availability and salt leaching were quantified.The response of cotton maximum plant height,maximum leaf area index,yield and productivity to magnetized water irrigation water quality and magnetic field intensity was clarified.The quantitative relationship between water consumption,yield,water use efficiency,irrigation water productivity and harvest index and magnetic field intensity was determined.The suitable magnetic field intensity for cotton under film mulched drip irrigation with magnetized water was optimized(0.35-0.38 T).(4)The effects of magnetized water irrigation amount on soil available water,water-salt dynamics and cotton growth were clarified.The cotton growth model and relative yield-salt threshold model under drip irrigation under magnetized water film were constructed.The soil water and salt stress coefficients under magnetized water irrigation were established.The relationship between cotton yield,productivity and magnetized water irrigation amount was quantified,and the suitable irrigation amount for cotton under film mulched drip irrigation with magnetized water was optimized(468-538 mm).(5)The variation characteristics of soil fertility and cotton productivity under multi-year magnetized water irrigation,and the correlation between soil fertility index,cotton production index and magnetized water activity index were clarified.The soil comprehensive fertility model and cotton comprehensive productivity model were constructed,and the quantitative relationship between soil comprehensive fertility,cotton comprehensive productivity and magnetized water activity was established.The mechanism of magnetized water irrigation to improve soil fertility and promote cotton growth was revealed.The efficient utilization mode of magnetized water was proposed,which provided effective methods and scientific basis for the efficient utilization of water resources in arid areas.
