Seed treatment and pest control are two important measures to promote agricultural production.In the past,chemical solutions used to treat seed,which have effects of improving germination.Chemical solution is still the main method in extermination of disease and insect pest.Although the chemical solution is better for both,at the same time,it also causes environment pollution.In recent years,the use of magnetic treatment method for crop seed processing and sterilizing pest control has become a hot research topic.The seeds treated by magnetic field could increase the germination rate and the yield.In addition,different microorganism treated with magnetic field by people,which found that the magnetic field could inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi.This study focuses on the effects of pulsed magnetic field on organism.In the aspect of seed,we took wheat seeds as test materials.In the aspect of diseases and insect pest,we took Rhizoctonia solani as test materials.The primary contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)The basic structure and basic principle of the main circuit of high intensity pulsed magnetic field device are analyzed.We measured the intensity of pulsed magnetic field at the vertical axis.We draw the distribution of the magnetic field strength at each location.The maximum value of the eddy electric field intensity is estimated to exclude the influence of the eddy electric field on the test material.We placed the magnetic head in the low-temperature constant temperature box to change the environment of the magnet head.In this way,the interval between the first pulse magnetic field experiment and the next experiment is shorten when the pulse magnetic field intensity is larger.The type of pulsed high magnetic field device is capacitance energy storage.When the voltage is 3500V,the maximum energy storage is 64kJ,the peak magnetic field is 20.7T,and the pulse width is 5.2ms.(2)The intensity of high intensity pulsed magnetic field is not uniformly distributed on the inner axis of the central hole.With the positive center as the origin,the pulse magnetic field intensity generated in the-22.5-22.5mm region is large,but the gradient is small,which is marked with the magnetic field M1.47.5?22.5 mm and 22.5?47.5 mm area of pulse magnetic field strength is slightly smaller than middle area,but the gradient is large,as M2 magnetic field.Under the condition of the pulse number of 1,the M1 and M2 magnetic fields corresponding to 700V,1400V,2100V,2800V,3500V,were respectively used to treat the seeds of wheat and artificially aged seeds.The results showed that the M1 and M2 pulsed magnetic fields produced by high-pulsed magnetic field could improve the seed germination and germination rate apparently.When the pulsed magnetic field generated by the pulsed magnetic field device used to treat the artificially aged wheat seeds,the effect of pulsed magnetic field M2 is best when the voltage is 3500V,the magnetic field intensity is 15T and the gradient is 410T/m.The effect of pulsed magnetic field M2 on the germination of wheat seeds was better than that of pulsed magnetic field M1 at the same voltage.To observe the effect of pulsed magnetic field device on artificial aging wheat seeds and wheat seeds,we found that the M2 pulsed magnetic field at 3500V(15T,410T/m)had the best effect on the treatment.(3)Under the condition of the pulse number of 1,the magnetic field M1 and M2 corresponding to 700V,1400V,2100V,2800V were used to deal with the mycelium of Rhizoctonia solani.At the time of 700V,1400V,2100V,2800V,the mycelium processed with 5 pulses and 10 pulses at once,we studied the influence of the pulse number on the growth of the mycelium in different pulse magnetic field.The results showed that the appropriate pulsed magnetic field intensity,pulse number and gradient could promote the growth of Rhizoctonia solani.When the pulse voltage is 2100V and the pulse number is 10,the pulse magnetic field M1 treatment can promote the growth of the mycelial of Rhizoctonia solani,but the promotion effect is small.When the pulse voltage is 700V,2800V and the pulse number is 10,the pulse magnetic field M1,M2 can inhibit the growth of mycelium,but the inhibition rate is not high.In general,the pulsed magnetic field had no coincident and significant effect on Rhizoctonia solani.
