Research On He Jingtang’s Architectural Practice Innovation System Of "Two Concepts And Three Features"

Since the 1980 s,local Chinese architecture scholars and architects have been exploring the path of architectural development with Chinese characteristics.In this process,a large number of excellent design practice works,design concepts,as well as different architectural ideas and theories have emerged,and different teams and collectives have been formed,which are jointly integrated as part of the Chinese modernization practice.The study object of this paper is the architectural practice system of He Jingtang,which is centered on practice,with practical works and talent cultivation as the specific representation,and includes the conceptual innovation with "Two Concepts and Three Features" as the core,as well as the innovative methods and strategies under the guidance of the concept,and the team and mechanism construction innovation related to it.He Jingtang’s "Two Concepts and Three Features" architectural practice innovation system presents outstanding characteristics and produces fruitful results,which is a slice of the development of the architectural design industry in the new era and is a symptom of the times.This paper takes He Jingtang’s practice experience as a case study and tries to explore the deep-seated "inevitability" behind it from the "luck and chance" given by the times.The second chapter of this paper examines the development of He Jingtang’s architectural practice of "Two Concepts and Three Features",summarizes the common features of his practice,and outlines its relevance to the times in which he lived.This chapter intends to verify that Jingtang’s "Two Concepts and Three Features" architectural practice,including its connotation,hierarchy and structure,dynamic mechanism,significance,etc.This chapter points out the inevitability of its innovation system from a historical and practical perspective,referring that in the evolution of process-structure-system of practice innovation,concepts,methods and pattern have formed a trinity relationship,in order to deal with the complex problems in the process of practice and the real needs of national development.It also puts forward that the architectural practice system of He Jingtang dissemination value.This chapter then further analyzes the significance of He Jingtang’s "Two Concepts and Three Features" architectural practice innovation system in the new turn of Lingnan architecture school evelopment,as well as an important exploration to adapt to the development of the times and embody Chinese modernization under the realistic conditions of radical changes in
