Flexible manufacturing system(FMS)is favored by more and more manufacturing enterprises because it can quickly respond to the market demands for multi-variety,smallbatch and customized processing of new products.Through different simulation services such as FMS design simulation,debugging simulation and operation and maintenance simulation,thereby shortening the FMS design cycle,reducing the debugging time and cutting the trial and error cost.Based on the requirements for modeling elements-data,mechanism and logic in FMS-VP,this paper thoroughly explores critical technical problems that restrict the automatic modeling of FMS-VP: the difficulty in the analysis and update of sharing and connection of different device manufacturers’ data models,the difficulty in the automatic construction of the kinematic model of a device CAD model without mechanism topology,and the low reusability of a logic model caused by the coupling of a simulation logic model with simulation data,a virtual prototype device(VPD)and other simulation elements.To address the above problems,this paper studies the method for semantic modeling and parsing of FMS-VP data,the method for construction of a kinematic model VD-CNN,and the method for reconstruction of a logic control Petri net system,offering a new way to explore automatic modeling of FMS-VP.The main contents of this paper include:A semantic model parsing method for FMS-VP modeling and simulation is developed to solve the problem that a semantic model cannot execute automatic parsing and updating as different device manufacturers lack a unified model for device attributes,status,and event data in FMS simulation.Based on the study of FMS data classification,this paper defines the semantic meta-model of the data about static attributes,time-domain states and discrete events of FMS-VP,so as to solve the problem.Using the Industrial Internet Identification syntax,this paper designs an FMS-VP-oriented subsystem for data parsing of distributed products,which enables automatic parsing of the sharing and connection of inter-enterprise data in FMS-VP modeling.To solve the problem that it’s difficult to directly build a kinetic model for the 3D CAD model of a device without mechanism topology,this paper proposes a method for constructing the parametric CNN of a VPD kinetic model combined with voxel transformation.After the study of the method for construction of the "Constraint-Action-Part(CAP)" kinematic model,this paper uses modeling parameters to construct mechanism topology and simulated kinematic pairs for meta-actions Employing the voxel-based projection algorithm for parts,this paper transforms a 3D CAD model into voxel-depth 3-view drawings.It capitalizes on the advantages of the convolutional neural network in 2D image recognition to realize the automatic recognition and classification of parts at the level of structural topology.As for the low reusability of a logic model and the impossible reconstruction of the model due to the coupling of it and simulation elements in the traditional logical control method,this paper puts forward a method for reconstruction of an FMS-VP logic control Petri net,thereby increasing the reusability.After the study of the logical control hierarchy,timing and the theoretical model of FMS-VP and the meta-model of a VPD logical control Petri net,this paper realizes the decoupling of simulation elements such as simulation data and VPD from the logical control model through the mechanism for management of remote,scenario and local variables.With the VPD logic control algorithm and the scenario logic reconstruction algorithm,this paper enables the reconstruction and reuse of the logic control model of different simulation services and different devices in FMS.In the FMS project of the topic source,the FMS-VP simulation software prototype platform developed according to this paper is used for the design simulation,debugging simulation,and operation and maintenance monitoring simulation.The FMS-VP automatic modeling evaluation indexes provided in this paper serve to assess the performance of the prototype software in FMS-VP automatic modeling and verify the effectiveness of the modeling method,which is of great practical significance for research on FMS automatic modeling.
