Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the construction of the eight vertical and eight horizontal high-speed railway network and its increasing coverage,the railway transportation system has been being improved,providing a sound facility foundation for the development of high-speed railway goods transportation.Meanwhile,with the improvement of people’s living standard,the rise of the fresh food e-commerce,as well as the increasing need for the cold chain logistic caused by the increasing consumption of cold-chain food,has been an impetus for the continuous development of the high-speed railway cold chain logistics.As a new mode of cold-chain transportation,the quick development of the high-speed railway cold-chain logistics provides a new opportunity for the improvement of the cold-chain transportation’s efficiency and economy.Based on this,to do/conduct the optimization research on the high-speed railway cold-chain logistic network will improve not only the cold-chain transportation market’s time-effeteness,but also the high-speed railway system’s efficiency.According to our country’s plan to develop modern logistics during the 14 th five-year plan period,the coldchain logistics facility network should be perfected and its efficiency should be improved.Taking that as its aim,this paper goes to conduct an optimization research on the high-speed railway cold-chain logistics network by analyzing 261 cities at prefecture-level and above where high-speed railway is available.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of high-speed railway cold-chain logistics,this paper elaborates its relevant concepts and theories,discusses the adaptability of high-speed railway cold-chain foods transportation,points out the factors influencing the development of highspeed railway cold-chain logistics development,and analyzes the evolution of high-speed railway cold-chain logistics network with freight train and that with passenger-freight coordination train.(2)Conducting a comprehensive analysis of current node cities in the high-speed railway logistics network,and designing a 5-11-32 evaluation system,i.e.a evaluation system with 5first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators,this paper adopts PSO-DBSCAN to make a comprehensive evaluation of the node cities and accordingly define and identify the kernel node cities.(3)Choosing two types of high-speed cold chain logistics as subject,i.e.one using freight train while the other using passenger-freight coordination train,and analyzing their market prospect and share respectively,according to their development level and location,and based on improved gravity model,this paper predicts the OD flow of the 261 node cities,offering data support for the subsequent high-speed railway logistics network optimization.(4)Considering the uncertainty of the demand for freight train,this paper constructs Robust Optimization model for the high-speed railway cold-chain hub-and-spoke logistic network with freight train based on the uncertainty scenario set,devises Immune Genetic Algorithm solving model,and provides layout plan for the hub-and-spoke nodes under certainty,robust and scenario set,effectively verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization model and solving strategy.(5)Considering time windows,this paper constructs optimization model for high-speed railway cold chain hub-and-spoke logistics network using passenger-freight coordination train,devises an improved hybrid genetic algorithm solving model based on genetic algorithm,artificial immune algorithm and particle swarm optimization,and provides node layout structure and matching scheme for the high-speed railway cold chain hub-and-spoke logistics network using passenger-freight coordination train,effectively verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization model and solving strategy.
