| Manufacturing industry is the main part of the global economic source.While boosting the rapid economic growth,it also brings significant energy consumption problems.As a typical traditional manufacturing industry,shipbuilding process also has the characteristics of significant high energy consumption and high material consumption.With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,the concept of "Green Shipbuilding" came into being.How to effectively reduce production energy consumption and improve resource utilization is a key problem to be solved in China’s shipbuilding industry.In order to ensure the overall progress of ship construction and reduce the energy consumption in the process of ship block production and transportation scheduling,starting with the energy-saving demand of ship block production and transportation process,this paper studies the energy-saving ship block production and transportation scheduling method,constructs the energy-saving ship block production and transportation scheduling system,deeply studies the typical problems of energy-saving ship block production and transportation process,and establishes the corresponding scheduling model,optimize algorithm and scheduling strategy,and form a complete set of energy-saving ship block production and transportation scheduling method system by encapsulating the scheduling method,so as to improve the efficiency of block production and transportation scheduling of shipbuilding enterprises and reduce the energy consumption in the process of block production and transportation.The main research contents include:(1)Research on energy-saving ship blocks production and transportation scheduling system.The energy consumption in the process of ship blocks production and transportation is sorted out,and the quantitative analysis and calculation formula is constructed;On this basis,an energy-saving oriented ship blocks production and transportation scheduling system framework is proposed to make the ship blocks production and transportation scheduling reasonable and orderly;The model of energy-saving ship blocks production and transportation scheduling system is established to simulate the static scheduling,dynamic scheduling and blocks transportation scheduling process of plane blocks assembly line,so as to provide system and framework support for energy-saving blocks production and transportation scheduling.(2)Research on static scheduling of plane blocks assembly line considering deterioration effect.By analyzing the characteristics and scheduling characteristics of plane blocks assembly line,considering the deterioration effect and equipment energy consumption in plane blocks production process,a static multi-objective scheduling problem model aiming at minimizing the maximum completion time and energy consumption is established;An improved multiobjective grey wolf optimization algorithm is proposed,which is compared with other classical optimization algorithms on standard test examples to verify the performance and efficiency of the algorithm;The engineering practicability of the static scheduling method of plane blocks assembly line for energy saving is proved by the example of plane blocks production in shipyard.(3)Research on dynamic scheduling of event-driven plane block assembly line.Aiming at the uncertain events that may occur in the process of plane block production,this paper mainly studies the dynamic scheduling under uncertain events such as new block arrival and machine failure,analyzes the influence of uncertain events on the initial scheduling scheme,and establishes a multi-objective optimization model of plane block assembly line dynamic scheduling based on event driven;A dynamic scheduling strategy for plane block production is proposed,and the improved multi-objective gray wolf optimization algorithm is applied to optimize the dynamic scheduling;An example is given to prove the practicability and effectiveness of the energy-saving plane block assembly line dynamic scheduling method.(4)Research on ship block transportation scheduling considering energy consumption of platform trailers.Considering the distribution time window of block transportation task and the load limit of different types of platform trailers,an optimization model is established to minimize the no-load time and energy consumption of platform trailers;A hybrid whale optimization algorithm is proposed,which is compared with other classical optimization algorithms on standard test examples to verify the performance and efficiency of the algorithm;Through the example of shipyard block transportation,it is proved that the energy-saving ship block transportation scheduling method is practical and effective.(5)Development and application verification of an energy-saving ship block production and transportation scheduling prototype system.Integrating the above research results,research on the energy-saving ship block production and transportation scheduling system is conducted.Based on an actual project,the internal business function requirements and external integration application requirements of the prototype scheduling system are analysed.The business logic of the energy-saving ship block production and transportation process is analysed.By encapsulating the coordination mechanism and adjustment method,an energy-saving ship block production and transportation prototype system is proposed,its systems verified and its applications evaluated. |
