with the upgrading of industrial structure,urban spatial expansion and renewal,and help the efficient operation of the city has become an important issue for the development of Harbin and other old industrial bases.Harbin,an old industrial base city,was selected as the research object.The technical route of theoretical cognition-Feature Description-mechanism analys is-Performance Evaluation-mode
