| As an important of dam foundation treatments of hydraulic and hydroelectric projects,grouting is an effective technical means to deal with the problem of foundation leakage and to ensure long-term safe and stable operation of hydraulic and hydroelectric projects.However,because of the complex geological conditions,the complex construction technology,the strong concealment and the difficulty of construction in grouting engineering,it has brought great challenges to the quality control of grouting construction.In the existing researches on construction quality control of grouting,it mostly depended on the artificial experience to analyze and make decisions on grouting information.Our research group has made some achievements on how to solve the systematic and fine control of grouting construction quality.Based on the real-time monitoring and analysis of grouting parameters,groutability analysis and comprehensive evaluation of grouting efficiency,the quality analysis and real-time control of grouting construction are realized.But the current researches lack intelligent analysis,decision and control on the quality of grouting construction.It lacks a quality control of whole construction process from the perspectives of all pre-control,real-time control and post-control,including the construction plan,construction implementation and efficiency evaluation.It lacks quantitative analysis of groubility considering multiple influence factors and construction quality control according to the groubility analysis results for pre-control.It lacks intelligent analysis and control in grouting construction process for real-time control.It lacks prediction and analysis of grouting efficiency,comprehensive evaluation of grouting efficiency on multi aspects,and feedback control for post-control.The dam foundation grouting construction quality monitoring system lacks of intelligent monitoring,intelligent decision-making and feedback control for grouting construction quality.Therefore,how to solve the above deficiencies in quality control of grouting construction,to realize intelligent analysis,decision-making and feedback control of grouting quality is a scientific topic to be solved urgently in the field of dam foundation grouting quality control.In this paper,we have carried out a thorough research on the above problems and obtained the following innovative research results:(1)In order to solve the problem that existing researches of grouting construction quality control lack intelligent analysis,decision-making and control,and lack effective quality control from the perspectives of all pre-control,realtime control and post-control,this paper proposes the theory of intelligent control of construction quality for dam foundation grouting of hydraulic and hydroelectric projects,which makes it possible to intelligent control the construction quality from the perspectives of all pre-control,real-time control and post-control.The existing quality control of grouting construction is mostly depended on the artificial experience to analyze and make decisions on grouting information,as well as artificial feedback control.There is a lack of intelligent analysis,decision-making and feedback control of grouting construction quality control.It lacks effective quality control from the perspectives of all pre-control,real-time control and post-control.Therefore,this paper proposes the theory of intelligent control of construction quality for dam foundation grouting of hydraulic and hydroelectric projects.The concept of the theory is "comprehensive perception,intelligent analysis,dynamic decision making and real-time control".It is based on the theories and methods of computer science,information theory,system science,intelligent science and intelligent control.It integrates sensor technology,network technology,information collection and integration technology,internet of things technology,cloud computing technology,visualization technology,etc.Based on the methods of groutablity analysis,the intelligent grouting monitoring in grouting construction process and the intelligent analysis and feedback control method of grouting efficiency,it makes real-time intelligent perception,analysis,decision-making and feedback of information construction and realizes construction quality control from the perspectives of all precontrol,real-time control and post-control,including the construction plan,construction implementation and efficiency evaluation.(2)In order to solve the problem that existing researches of groutability lack the quantitative analysis considering multiple influence factors and construction quality control according to the groubility analysis results,this paper proposes the method of groutablity analysis.Based on effective analysis of groutability,it realize the pre-control of grouting construction quality.The existing researches of groutability of dam foundation lack quantitative groutability analysis considering multi-influencing factors,most of which are single factor analyses,and the uncertainty in the evaluation process cannot be considered as well.Therefore,this paper proposed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess groutability based on Fuzzy RES(Rock Engineering System)-cloud model.First,based on a comprehensive analysis of the controlling factors,an evaluation index system with twelve factors representing the properties of geological condition,grout properties and grouting technology parameters is established.Then,a comprehensive groutability evaluation model is built which can describe the relationship between indicators and groutability based on fuzzy RES-cloud model.It overcomes the problem of dependence on subjective and the problem of fuzziness and randomness.Then,the process of construction quality control based on the groutability analysis for dam foundation grouting is introduced.Finally,based on the effective analysis of groutability of dam foundation,it can help grouting engineers to optimize grouting construction plan and adjust construction technology,so as to achieve pre-control of grouting construction quality.(3)In order to solve the problem that existing researches of grouting monitoring lack intelligent analysis and control in grouting construction process,this paper proposes the intelligent grouting monitoring method in grouting construction process.Through the intelligent analysis and control in grouting construction process,the real-time control of grouting quality is achieved.The existing researches on quality control of grouting construction process mainly based on the control criteria proposed by the grouting standard or the expert experience.The feedback control measures are formulated by artificial experience for the abnormal situation of grouting.It lacks intelligent analysis and feedback control in grouting construction process.Therefore,this paper proposed intelligent monitoring method for grouting construction process.The comprehensive perception,in-depth analysis and intelligent feedback control of grouting construction process are realized.Firstly,the intelligent monitoring method of grouting construction process is summarized,including the content,framework and overall process of the intelligent monitoring method for grouting construction process.Secondly,the method of comprehensive perception and and analysis of dynamic information of grouting construction process is introduced.The comprehensive perception of the grouting construction information is realized based on the sensor technology and the internet of things technology.The in-depth analysis of grouting construction information is realized by the grouting information analysis and three-dimensional visualization analysis.Then,the intelligent analysis and feedback control methods of grouting construction process based on the grouting intelligent prediction are introduced,including the method of intelligent prediction and feedback control of grouting process based on the grey model and the particle swarm optimization model and The method of intelligent prediction and feedback control of the grouting quantity based on the random forest regression algorithm.Finally,the grouting construction quality control based on the grouting process intelligent monitoring is analyzed.The intelligent monitoring method of grouting process is based on intelligent analysis and feedback control of grouting process,and realizes the real-time control of grouting construction quality.(4)In order to solve the problem that existing researches of grouting efficiency evaluation lack prediction and analysis of grouting efficiency and lack comprehensive evaluation of grouting efficiency on multi aspects,this paper proposes the intelligent analysis and feedback control method of grouting efficiency.Through the prediction analysis,comprehensive evaluation of grouting efficiency and feedback control,the post-control of grouting construction quality is achieved.The existing researches on grouting efficiency evaluation is mainly based on the test data of check holes after grouting.Because of the concealment,complexity and uncertainty of grouting engineering,it is very difficult to accurately evaluate grouting efficiency only based on a few check holes.It is difficult to make a detailed analysis of the grouting efficiency in the whole grouting area,especially when check holes are not arranged.The intelligent prediction method of grouting efficiency can solve these problems well,but there are few studies on the prediction of grouting efficiency at present.In addition,the existing researches of grouting efficiency evaluation are mostly single factor evaluation,and lack comprehensive evaluation of grouting efficiency on multi aspects,such as permeability and compactness,and the problem of excessive dependence on experience in the weight selection of comprehensive evaluation index cannot be considered as well.Therefore,this paper proposes the intelligent analysis and feedback control method of grouting efficiency.Firstly,the evaluation factors system of grouting efficiency considering two aspects of permeability and compactness is established.The evaluation factors include Lugeon value(LU),Rock Quality Designation(RQD)and Fracture Filled Rate(FFR)after grouting.Then,a prediction method based on an adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)is proposed to predict and evaluate curtain grouting efficiency.Geological factors(fracture intensity,Lugeon value,and RQD before grouting),effective grouting operation factors(effective grouting pressure,effective grouting time,effective grout volume and effective cement take),and tested interval depth are selected as input parameters for prediction models.The prediction and analysis of grouting efficiency provide an effective auxiliary analysis method for grouting efficiency analysis under complex conditions.Next,this paper propoesd a comprehensive evaluation method of grouting efficiency based on combination weighting and matter-element model.It can make comprehensive evaluation of the permeability and compactness of the rock mass after grouting.At the same time,the subjective information of the decision-makers is considered,and the objective environment is considered,so that the results of the evaluation are more authentic and reliable.Then,the process of construction quality control based on intelligent analysis of grouting efficiency is introduced.Finally,based on the intelligent analysis of grouting efficiency,it realizes precise analysis analysis,evaluation and feedback control of grouting efficiency,achieving post-control of grouting construction quality.(5)In order to solve the problem that existing researches of dam foundation grouting construction quality monitoring system lack of intelligent monitoring,intelligent decision-making and feedback control for grouting construction quality.Based on the theory of intelligent control of construction quality for dam foundation grouting of hydraulic and hydroelectric projects and the methods of groutablity analysis,intelligent monitoring in grouting construction process and intelligent prediction and evaluation of grouting efficiency,this paper developes an intelligent monitoring system for grouting construction quality for dam foundation grouting of hydraulic and hydroelectric projects.The existing researches on grouting construction quality monitoring system for dam foundation are mainly focused on the collection and statistical analysis of grouting parameters,and lack intelligent analysis,decision and feedback control on the quality of grouting construction.Therefore,based on the theory and methods of intelligent control of construction quality for dam foundation grouting of hydraulic and hydroelectric projects,this paper developes an intelligent monitoring system for grouting construction quality under the network environment,using advanced theories,methods and technologies,including computer science,intelligent science,intelligent control,system theory,sensor technology,network technology,information collection and integration technology,internet of things technology,visualization technology,Web technology,etc.The system realizes the functions of groutability analysis and feedback control,intelligent monitoring of grouting construction process,and intelligent analysis and feedback control of grouting efficiency.Compared with the current real-time monitoring system for grouting construction quality,the system has realized the intelligent analysis,decision and feedback control of the grouting construction quality,including the groutability quantitative analysis considering the multiple influence factors and the uncertainty as well as the control of the construction quality of the dam foundation grouting according to the groutability analysis,intelligent analysis and control in grouting construction process,and comprehensive evaluation of grouting efficiency on multi aspects,making up the shortage of the research on the quality monitoring system of the grouting construction.The system has been applied to the dam foundation grouting project of a hydraulic and hydroelectric project in Southwest China.Based on the effective analysis of groutability of dam foundation,it can help grouting engineers to optimize grouting construction plan and adjust construction technology,so as to achieve pre-control of grouting construction quality;based on the intelligent grouting monitoring in grouting construction process,intelligent analysis and feedback are made for grouting construction process,so as to achieve real-time control of grouting construction quality;based on the intelligent analysis of grouting efficiency,intelligent analysis and feedback control of grouting efficiency are made,so as to achieve post-control of grouting construction quality.The system intelligently analyzes the construction quality information of dam foundation grouting,real-time monitors the grouting construction quality online and makes feedback control.The system provides a technical platform for grouting construction quality intelligent control,greatly improve the intelligent level of management of construction quality for dam foundation grouting. |
