| Since the reform and opening up,accompanied by the policy dividend,China’s economy has developed rapidly,but in recent years,with the changes in the international environment and the domestic industrial structure adjustment,the economic development has entered the stage of low-speed growth,which is mainly manifested in the decline in population,the decline in the marginal rate of return of capital and the increase in the pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction,and the urban-rural income gap has aroused widespread social concern,indicating that the factor-driven economic growth model can no longer meet the economic This indicates that the factor-driven economic growth model can no longer meet the requirements of high-quality development of the economy,and the inclusive green growth model that takes into account greenness and fairness provides an opportunity to address these issues.Meanwhile,the fourth-generation industrial revolution represented by intelligence,as a new economic form,provides a feasible path to achieve stable economic growth,optimize the ecological environment and narrow the income gap.As an extension of the traditional economic growth model,can industrial intelligence promote the concept of inclusive green growth? Can industrial intelligence empower inclusive green growth in urban economy through biased technological progress? These questions have not been given due attention in the existing studies,and they are the urgent contents of this paper.Based on this,this paper focuses on the reality of industrial intelligence,biased technological progress and inclusive green growth,conducts an in-depth investigation into the impact of industrial intelligence and biased technological progress on inclusive green growth,explores the objective law of its existence,systematically simulates the impact of industrial intelligence on inclusive green growth in different scenarios,and proposes the path for the enhancement of inclusive green growth in the whole and in the region from the perspective of industrial intelligence.The research content and conclusions are as follows.The specific contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The relationship between industrial intelligence,biased technological progress and inclusive green growth is theoretically investigated using literature deduction and logical deduction methodsThis paper analyzes the overall impact mechanism,direct impact mechanism,indirect impact mechanism and spatial impact mechanism of industrial intelligence on inclusive green growth.The conclusion shows that industrial intelligence can not only enhance the economic growth effect and energy saving and emission reduction effect,but also widen the urban-rural income gap,which has a direct impact on inclusive green growth;industrial intelligence can also change the structure of factor allocation,indirectly affecting inclusive green growth through biased technological progress,and industrial intelligence also has a spatial spillover effect on inclusive green growth.(2)Mechanistic research on the relationship between industrial intelligence,biased technological progress and inclusive green growth by using mathematical derivation methodThis paper constructs a multisectoral general equilibrium model by extending the task framework of Acemoglu et al.and takes smart machines and equipment,traditional capital,labor and energy as production factors to further explore the impact effect of industrial intelligence on inclusive green growth.The conclusion shows that the changes of inclusive green growth are mainly affected by green innovation,equity effect and economic growth as well as industrial intelligence,which affects inclusive green growth through marginal cost,for which proposition 1 is proposed;directly affects inclusive green growth through market effect,green effect and equity effect,for which proposition 2 is proposed;and is capable of adjusting the structure of factor allocation and promoting biased technological progress,which in turn promotes the enhancement of inclusive green growth,which in turn promotes the enhancement of inclusive green growth.It can adjust the structure of factor allocation,promote biased technological progress,and thus promote inclusive green growth,for which proposition3 is put forward;it can produce local-neighborhood effects,play the role of spatial spillovers,and affect inclusive green growth,for which proposition 4 is put forward.(3)Measurement and spatial and temporal characterization of industrial intelligence,biased technological progress and inclusive green growth using various methodsThis paper constructs an industrial intelligence index system and measures industrial intelligence using the entropy weight method and the tosis method;it uses the two-period directional distance function and the green Luhnberg productivity to measure the level of inclusive green growth and decomposes it according to the elements;and it uses a nonparametric method to measure the level of biased technological progress and specifies the bias of technological progress in different cities.The conclusions show that China’s industrial intelligence level,inclusive green growth and biased technological progress all show an increasing trend in the time dimension from 2008 to 2020;in the spatial dimension,the eastern region is larger than the central and western regions.(4)Empirical analysis of industrial intelligence,biased technological progress and inclusive green growth using multiple econometric modelsThis paper selected 280 prefecture-level and above cities in Chinese mainland from 2008 to 2020 as the research sample,and empirically examined the impact of industrial intelligence on inclusive green growth using econometric models.The conclusion shows that industrial intelligence generally promotes inclusive green growth enhancement.The result remains relatively significant after robustness test,endogeneity test,heterogeneity test and causal regression analysis.The direct channel impact test shows that the market effect and green effect directly promote inclusive green growth,while the equity effect directly hinders inclusive green growth;the indirect channel impact shows that biased technological progress indirectly promotes inclusive green growth;and the level of industrial intelligence development in neighboring places increases local inclusive green growth through spatial spillover effects.(5)Simulation of industrial intelligence,biased technological progress and inclusive green growth using system dynamics and other modelsThis paper constructs causal loop diagrams and system dynamics flow diagrams of industrial intelligence affecting inclusive green growth,sets different scenarios of industrial intelligence and biased technological progress,and conducts simulations.The conclusion shows that with the deepening of industrial intelligence,inclusive green growth is greatly enhanced,and the synergy of industrial intelligence,economic development and ecological environment is generally realized.Under the synergistic scenario,improving the level of scientific and technological innovation and human resources can promote the level of inclusive green growth to further increase,offset the negative impact of industrial intelligence on the widening of the income gap,and the enhancement of inclusive green growth under the synergistic scenario of factors is also more obvious.Therefore,matching industrial intelligence with appropriate talent and innovation is the optimal path to promote inclusive green growth.At the same time,different inclusive green growth enhancement paths should be designed according to the factor endowments of different regions.This paper has the following three innovations: first,it adopts theoretical derivation and mathematical deduction to elaborate the mechanism of industrial intelligence on inclusive green growth;second,it constructs a variety of econometric models to reveal its enhancement effect on inclusive green growth;third,it adopts the system dynamics simulation method to analyze the influence path of industrial intelligence on inclusive green growth at a deep level. |
