Mining vehicles are important production equipment in mines.With the construction and development of intelligent mine,the application of Io V technology is the only way to intellectualize mining vehicles.The development of MIo V is bound to require mine vehicles to be equipped with more on-board computing resources.At the same time,the large-scale deployment of cloud computing,edge computing and other computing resources in the mine is also the inevitable trend of the current intelligent mine construction.If different types of computing resources cannot achieve effective collaboration,they will face the problems of unbalanced configuration and insufficient utilization.Computation offloading is the key technology of cloud computing and edge computing.It can cooperate with different types of computing resources to improve terminal computing power.Therefore,this study proposes to use computation offloading technology to realize the effective coordination of intelligent mine computing resources,so as to realize the rational allocation of mine vehicle computing resources.In order to construct the theoretical and technical framework of MIo V computation offloading,this study carries out research on some key technical problems of MIo V computation offloading through literature analysis,current situation investigation,theoretical research and experimental analysis.The main research results and innovations are as follows:(1)Combined with the current situation of computing resource allocation of MIo V--strong cloud and weak edge end,and facing the development trend of intelligent mine computing resources,a cloud edge end collaborative computing model of MIo V is designed based on cloud edge end fusion computing architecture,with V2 X as computing node interconnection mode,and computation offloading as computing resource collaboration mode.By analyzing the main characteristics of mine vehicles,application scenarios and intelligent application in MIo V,and comparing the differences between MIo V and ordinary road Io V in computation offloading application,this paper expounds the main characteristics of MIo V computation offloading.In order to support the theoretical research of MIo V computation offloading,based on the cloud side collaborative computing model of MIo V and combined with the main characteristics of MIo V Computation offloading,a MIo V computation offloading framework MCOF for computing resource collaboration is designed,which is composed of system model,entity model and offloading decision model.(2)Facing the current application scenario of MIo V,taking the shortest delay as the optimization goal,this paper designs vehicle-side shortest delay offloading decisionmaking mechanism MCOF-VST to optimize the offloading strategy with single objective.MCOF-VST realizes the reliable computation offloading in current application scenario of MIo V.Facing the complex application scenario of MIo V,taking the delay and offloading success rate as the optimization objectives,this paper designs edge-side segmented machine learning offloading decision-making mechanism MCOF-ESML.Offloading strategies are optimized with multi-objectives by using machine-learning method of logical regression classification and radial basis function neural network regression analysis.MCOF-ESML not only ensures strong offloading performance,but also exhibits obvious advantages in average delay and Qo E compared with the offloading decision-making mechanism using typical optimization methods such as Game-theory,MAB and SMA.Based on Cloud Sim and Edge Cloud Sim,MCOF-Sim,a simulation experimental platform for computing and offloading of MIo V,is designed and developed.(3)Based on the PKI security authentication scheme,the MIo V computation offloading security authentication model based on PKI is designed.The authentication architecture,authentication entity and the MIo V computation offloading security authentication process of the security authentication model are systematically described.The digital signature based on the discrete logarithm of the elliptic curve and the anonymous authentication scheme based on the elliptic curve are designed.Thus,an identity authentication scheme is constructed based on elliptic curve discrete logarithm.Through the comparative analysis of correctness proof,security verification and authentication efficiency,the MIo V computation offloading security authentication scheme not only has the guarantee of correctness and security,but also has significant advantages in time complexity and space complexity compared with the existing relevant schemes,which effectively improves the authentication efficiency.The dissertation includes 46 figures,29 tables and cites 106 references.
