| Over the years,in coal mine monitoring,using both professional computer monitor and control system design of surveillance programmes cost is high,energy consumption,large equipment footprint and so on shortcomings,not conducive to the promotion of small coal mine and mining also occur in medium and small coal mines and,therefore,the design of mine monitoring and control system suitable for the use and promotion of the medium and small coal mines.The design of mine monitoring and control system based on single-chip microcomputer control,its hardware is partly based on C8051F040 single-chip,high performance,together with the LCD liquid crystal display modules,and the keyboard input circuit layout,sound and light real-time control functions such as alarm circuit and the power circuit.Software using c programming language along with human-machine interface operation,data storage,and communication with the PC machine and so on.Control center of this design uses a single-chip design,microcontroller and powerful,simple circuit at design time can be directly driving a load,in terms of reliability,strong anti-interference,has a strong ability to protect against external electromagnetic interference.The mine monitoring and control system is low cost,low power consumption,easy to operate,powerful,high reliability,very suitable for monitoring of medium and small coal mines,this design uses gas sensors for mine gas monitoring and make the total system power consumption is low,monitoring effects.The measurement range of the design need to meet:1)methane 0-10%;2)sensitivity:0.01%;3)response time:<30s;4)ambient operating temperature range:-20-+70C;5)environmental operating humidity range:<95%RH。Results show that the design of monitoring and control hardware systems to meet design requirements,can accurately collect and switch to analog,for display.Through the analog signal acquisition circuit can be implemented on analog acquisition and the A/D conversion of methane gas,consisting of a single-chip microcomputer data processing,collecting data value limit alarm and power outages.This shows that the theory of the system is designed to meet the requirements,can meet the use of requirements. |
