| The risk identification of ship navigation collision in construction waters is an important means to realize the navigation safety management of ships in construction waters.Water construction in navigable waters is a common way of water construction in recent years.In order to ensure the safety of ship navigation in the construction waters and improve the ability of ship collision risk identification,it has become an important problem to be solved in the field of ship navigation safety.Therefore,under the background that the state vigorously promotes the safety management of water construction,the research on the identification method of ship navigation collision risk in construction waters has practical significance to improve the overall level of ship navigation safety in construction waters.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The navigable construction waters is a special form of waters under the background of the vigorous development of water construction.To facilitate the relevant research on navigable construction waters,the construction methods and construction characteristics of part engineering ships are combed.The construction types of engineering ships are divided into four categories.The special state of engineering ships ’Vessel restricted in her ability to maneuver’ is deeply analyzed and the source of collision risk is explored.To deal with the impact of environmental factors on the operation of engineering ships,the navigable construction waters is divided into channel construction waters and open construction waters according to the environmental characteristics and the environmental characteristics of the two types of construction waters are summarized respectively.(2)According to the navigation characteristics of the vessel restricted in her ability to maneuver,a collision risk identification method of the vessel restricted in her ability to maneuver is proposed to solve the problem of collision risk identification of vessels restricted in her ability to maneuver in navigable construction waters.Firstly,according to the navigation characteristics of the vessel restricted in her ability to maneuver,the ship domain model for vessels restricted in her ability to maneuver is constructed via the quantitative calculation method of ship-ship effect and the quantitative calculation method of ship maneuverability.On this basis,a collision risk identification method for vessels restricted in her ability to maneuver based on multi-level ship domain is proposed.The proposed method effectively overcomes the shortcomings of ship collision risk identification of the ship domain,and the proposed method has the ability to provide visual display of the collision risk trend of the vessel restricted in her ability to maneuver.The research results show that the proposed ship domain model can replace the traditional ship domain model to describe the safe navigable waters surrounding the vessel restricted in her ability to maneuver.The collision risk identification method constructed on this basis has more advantages than the traditional method,which can effectively display the development trend of collision risk in the process of two ships encounter,and then,it is helpful for the supervision department of construction water area to supervise the navigation safety of vessels restricted in her ability to maneuver.(3)According to the environmental characteristics of open construction waters and the operation characteristics of engineering ships,a method of ship collision risk identification in open construction waters is proposed.Firstly,based on the relevant theories and models of ship collision avoidance geometry,a ship’s especial cautious navigation angle model is proposed,which has a dynamic range of angles to show the risk of collision between ships.On the basis of the especial cautious navigation angle model,combined with the collision risk measurement method between navigation ship and engineering ship,a comprehensive measurement method of collision risk of navigation ship in open construction waters is proposed.The experimental results show that the proposed especial cautious navigation angle model can visually display the collision risk and navigation angle range between passing ships.The collision risk measurement algorithm based on the model has the ability to quantitatively analyze the change trend of collision risk between passing ships.The proposed comprehensive measurement method of collision risk can not only monitor the collision risk development trend of navigation in the open navigation construction waters,but also prioritize the collision risk sources according to the components of the collision risk score,assist the navigation ships to eliminate the collision risk,and then,it is helpful for the supervision department of construction waters to supervise the navigation safety of ships in open construction waters.(4)According to the environmental characteristics of channel construction waters and the construction characteristics of engineering ships,a ship collision risk measurement method based on local alignment reference route is proposed.Firstly,the Delaunay Triangulation Algorithm is employed to realize the automatic construction of navigation environment model,combined with the safe navigation depth of passing ships to realize the network search of navigable waters,and then realize the standard reference route planning of passing ships in local waters.Secondly,a ship collision risk measurement algorithm based on local standard reference route is proposed.By solving the deviation degree of the current position of the passing ship from the local standard reference route,the collision threat posed by the passing ship to the engineering ship in the construction area is measured.The results show that the proposed local standard reference route planning algorithm can plan a safe route for navigation ships,and its environmental modeling method is more efficient and faster than the traditional method.The collision risk identification method based on local standard reference route can effectively solve the problem of ship collision risk in channel construction waters,and then,it is helpful for the construction water area supervision department to supervise the navigation safety of ships in the channel construction water areaThe theoretical research results of ship collision risk identification in navigable construction waters are summarized,and the future research direction in this field is prospected at the end of this thesis. |
