With the application of intelligent algorithms,many route design methods based on this have emerged.Compared with the traditional route design scheme of manually drawing charts,the intelligent algorithm route design scheme significantly reduces the time cost of manual drawing and saves the traditional complex and cumbersome process.The level of navigation safety provides information technology support for the supervision of ships in the maritime sector,and lays a solid foundation for the safe,efficient and convenient development of the shipping industry.However,most of the current automatic route generation algorithms usually simply divide the safe area and the non-navigable area in the target water area,and use the intelligent algorithm to find the shortest path under the imagery,ignoring the special navigation requirements of specific water areas and other related navigation rules.the lack of safety monitoring of routes.In addition,the routes constructed by the automatic route generation algorithm are relatively simple,ignoring the differences in the routes of different types of ships,leaving certain hidden dangers to the navigation safety of ships.Therefore,it is very important to find a safety detection for the personalized navigation area to realize the intelligent navigation of the ship.it is very important to build a personalized navigation area safety detection method according to the characteristics of the ship to realize the intelligent navigation of the ship.In order to solve the above problems,the concept and framework of the ship’s "route field" is proposed,that is,the safe navigation area of a specific ship is constructed along the ship’s design route,taking into account the elements of the navigation environment such as hydrometeorology,ship characteristics,and water topography.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analysis of the influencing factors of the ship’s "route area".Systematic analysis of the navigation environment factors affecting the ship’s safety area is carried out to further explore the scope of the ship’s navigation safety area and related constraints in restricted waters.The factors affecting the construction of the navigation safety area are divided into natural conditions,channel conditions and traffic environment,and the environmental elements that are mainly considered in the route field are obtained through correlation analysis,which lays the foundation for accurately quantifying the scope of the "airline field".(2)Construction of route domain scope based on ship traffic flow and navigable environment elements.Based on the AIS data,different types of ship trajectories are classified,and the feature areas of ship trajectories are obtained by the DBSCAN algorithm,and the basic range of the route field is obtained by using kernel density analysis and edge extraction algorithms.The central route of the basic range is extracted by triangulation algorithm,combined with the model of the ship’s navigation area under the influence of strong wind and current,and the model of the area affected by strong wind and current elements is constructed.Through the image filtering algorithm,combined with the relevant navigation rules,the offshore buffer distance model is constructed.Calculate the safe distance between different types of ships and obstacles,calculate the safe buffer distance required by ships under different visibility,and refine the two-dimensional area of the route field.(3)Construction of route domain range based on water depth constraints.The spatial interpolation and generative adversarial network are introduced,the water depth safe area model is proposed,the ship draft data set is constructed by the mean shift algorithm,and the spatial interpolation method of conditional coding and decoding based on attention mechanism is proposed.The area with sparse ship draught data is supplemented by spatial interpolation,which is used as a safe water depth area in the route area.The route domain model was constructed through simulation experiments,and the two-dimensional area model of the route domain was compared with the ship chart to verify its accuracy.The required navigation width of different types of ships under the influence of environmental factors was compared and analyzed,and the inherent laws were discovered.Comparing the traditional interpolation method with the adversarial network model proposed in this paper,the accuracy of the model is calculated.The route field will be used for intelligent ships to quickly and accurately judge and predict the safety information of navigable waters in an unmanned environment,and provide safety assurance information support for the navigation of different types of intelligent ships.
