In 2020,there were more than 38,000 workplace accidents and more than 27,400 deaths,including 16 major and especially major accidents with 262 deaths.In 2002,there were more than 1.07 million production safety accidents and more than 130,000 deaths.In contrast,in 2020,production safety accidents decreased rapidly,but still maintained a high accident rate.China’s safety work needs to extract the previous safety management experience,and expand the vision,absorb the results of multidisciplines,improve the ability to solve new problems in the field of safety engineering.This thesis explains,describes and controls the vulnerability,defensiveness and resilience of employees’ safety behaviors from the perspectives of the surrounding world,the common world and the self world.On this basis,it puts forward a scheme to improve employees’ safety behaviors.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:1.This thesis is based on the relevant literature of employee safety behavior research.Through logical reasoning analysis method to analyze a single literature under different perspectives,through the information econometrics method to analyze the same key word of several literatures,on this basis,put forward the enlightenment of literature: to strengthen the description,interpretation,control and promotion of employee safety behavior and other aspects of the research.2.Based on the individual safety behavior of employees in the ego world,this thesis describes the defensive safety behavior of employees,analyzes the factors related to the ego world in the accident cause theory,the influence of physical environment on the individual safety behavior of employees,the SOR model of behaviorism and the influence of noise on employees,etc.It is found that there are five factors influencing the safety behavior of employees: congenital age,gender,acquired length of service,experience and noise.In this thesis,the methods of individual safe behaviors and movements of 8 employees with different characteristics were designed,and the average three-axis acceleration of hands and the average angular velocity of three-axis gyroscope were extracted by Kalman filter algorithm.After the experiment of manual grinding wheel cutting machine was completed,the 8 employees were interviewed.By comparing the hand movements of employees of different gender,working age,experience and age,it is found that male employees are generally more stable and accurate than female employees in the operation process.Longer and more experienced employees are more stable.There was no significant difference in age.It is worth noting that all showed fear of the grinding wheel cutter operation.In this case,the safe completion of the cutting operation depends on the safety awareness of the self world.3.Vulnerability to explain employee safety behavior,based on the world around us in the view of individual safety behavior and employees involved in the analysis of accident cause theory factors around the world,economic development,industrial structure influence on employees’ individual safety behavior,and around the world and the humanism of the interaction mechanism of the personal motivation model,analyses the four factors that affect employees’ individual safety behavior: Job tasks,job risks,occupational anxiety,safety knowledge.In this thesis,multi-agent modeling and simulation method is used to construct individual safety behavior models of employees engaged in knowledge-intensive and labor-intensive operations in two different situations on Netlogo simulation platform.It found the importance of safety quality of employees engaged in knowledge-intensive operations in the process of operation,and safety culture of employees engaged in labor-intensive operations in the process of operation drive safety motivation.This experiment explains the vulnerability and safety behavior of employees in the surrounding world.4.In order to control employee resilience safety behavior,from the perspective of individual safety behavior of employees in the common world,this thesis analyzes the impact of safety culture and safety management in the common world on individual safety behavior of employees,and finds that safety training is emphasized in both safety culture and safety management.Through the design of forging and stamping operation scenarios,the constructivism method based on behavioral skills training and the "firefighter training" experiment were used to conduct long-term and short-term forging and stamping operation safety skills training for 60 employees.It was found that the training effectively improved the resilient safety behavior of new employees.Improving employees’ resilience safety behavior can effectively improve employees’ safety awareness and knowledge,but the improvement of safety responsibility has little effect.For employees who do not transfer the safety skills learned in the safety training to the follow-up work within a month,basically,the possibility of follow-up work transfer is low.5.By analyzing the characteristics and trends of employees’ safety behavior in the three worlds,the new characteristics of employees’ safety behavior in the surrounding world,the self world and the common world are obtained,and then the possibility of improving employees’ safety behavior is analyzed from the viewpoint of "humanmachine-environment" safety system.On this basis,it determines the factors in cognitive field,physical field and psychological field that highlight the employees’ subjective initiative learning,and verifies that the three worlds have a certain influence on the three fields,thus affecting the effectiveness of employees’ safe behavior.Finally,the thesis puts forward the scheme conception of improving employee safety behavior.
