This paper is mainly composed of six chapters: In the first chapter,we discussed the research of natural medicinal plants in recent years,such as resistance to drugresistant bacteria,resistance to drug-resistant fungi,anti infectious parasites and so on.In the chapter 2,the against drug-resistant C.albicans activity of more than 14000 plant fractions were tested.According to the determination results of drug-resistant f ungi,the chemical components of the anti drug active fractons of A.tatarinowii that recorded in Chinese pharmacopoeia were studied,and the activity of some compounds and active fractins against drug-resistant C.albicans in vivo and in vitro were evaluated.In the third chapter,the antimicrobial activity of more than 14000 plant fractions was tested.According to the results of the determination of drug-resistant bacteria,the active fraction of C.speciosa against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)and its LC-MS characteristics were studied,and the antibacterial activities of some compounds and active fraction in vivo and in vitro were evaluated.In the chapter 4,the LC-HRMS characteristics of the chemical constituents of Z.piasezkii,Z.khasianum,Z.armatum et al,were compared,and their antibacterial and nematode activities were evaluated.In chapter V,the LC-HRMS characteristics of amide compounds of Z.piasezkii that was recorded in Chinese Dictionary of Ethnic Medicine and Z.motuoense recorded in Tibetan Medicine were compared,their anti-ascaris infection activities in vivo and in vitro were evaluated,and the amides based on the LC-HRMS characteristics of metabolites of lignans in mice were summarized.A new analytical method was constructed to enhance the accuracy of structural annotation of Zanthoxylum compounds,especially the accuracy of LC-HRMS identification of Zanthoxylum isomers and their metabolites.The sixth chapter summarizes and prospects the research content of this paper.Through a variety of chromatographic separation technology(positive and negative silica gel column chromatography,thin layer chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column,medium pressure preparative chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,etc.),using a variety of spectroscopic identification instruments and methods(nuclear magnetic resonance,Agilent 1290 UPLC-6545 QTOF high resolution mass spectrometry,UV,etc.),from the six plants or active components,127 compounds were isolated and identified.The structural types of compounds include monoterpenes,sesquiterpenes,triterpenes,coumarins,amides,phenylpropanoids,alkaloids,organic esters,flavonoids and lignans.In addition,the activities and mechanisms of some compounds against drug-resistant bacteria,nematodes and ascaris lumbricoides were studied.
