Compared with the new construction projects,the construction safety of reinforced concrete framed factory buildings under the multiple coupling effect is extremely uncertainty.Not only is there a safety risk caused by the collaborative work errors of the new and old structural systems,but also the potential risk caused by the stress changes of the original damaged components themselves.The structural safety control during the construction process is very difficult.In recent years,there have been many safety accidents such as old and new structures,collapse of roof truss and overturning of the main body caused by barbaric construction or poor management(misunderstanding of old and new systems,low reliability of calculation model,incomplete monitoring information,lagging control means,lack of relevant engineering experience,etc.).Especially in 2019,the collapse of 12 people died and 10 people were seriously injured in No.148 Zhaohua Road,Changning District,Shanghai.With the need of industrial upgrading,the recycling projects of old industrial plants have been blooming all over the world in recent years,and the existing safety problems are more and more concerned by practitioners.It has become an urgent problem to establish a feasible recycling construction safety control system.Based on the systematic collection and analysis of the data of similar projects and related research,this study has carried out a recycling safety control system for the purpose of reducing the incidence of construction safety accidents in the recycling of steel mixed row factory buildings in China and improving the construction safety control methods.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Basic research on the construction safety control theory of steel mixed frame factory buildings under the multiple coupling effect.Through the analysis of the most common structural characteristics of steel mixed frame factory buildings,reconstruction types,key construction procedures,transmission path and complex working conditions,the main problems and key contents to be solved in the construction safety control process of recycling of the old industrial plant under multiple coupling are determined.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of in-service structural safety and the time-varying characteristics of traditional project construction,the influencing factors of the construction safety of recycling are summarized.On this basis,the main contents(linearity,stress,stability),influencing parameters(parameter error,model accuracy,temporary load,etc.)and calculation methods of the construction safety control of recycling of of steel mixed frame factory buildings under multiple coupling effects are sorted out,and the corresponding safety control process of recycling construction is formulated.(2)Study on the safety simulation method of the recycling construction of the old industrial plant under the multiple coupling effect.By summarizing the content and methods of the simulation analysis of recycling construction safety,combined with the safety control process of recycling construction,and on the basis of the comparative analysis of the finite element model modification method,I proposed a multi-coupling method based on multi-objective optimization algorithm for steel mixed discharge Construction safety simulation method for recycling of factory buildings.And take the main workshop of Heavy Machinery Processing Plant as an example,the model was revised through joint sensitivity analysis method,static dynamic test method,and multi-objective optimization algorithm NSGA-III.Finally,based on the modified target model,the numerical analysis of the construction process is carried out.The fitting degree of the simulated value and the measured value is compared.The reliability of the modified model is verified.(3)Research on the safety monitoring method for the recycling construction of steel mixed frame factory buildings under the multiple coupling effect.By summarizing recycling safety monitoring projects and locations,combined with the established recycling safety control process.On the basis of the comparative analysis of the optimal arrangement criteria and optimization methods of the monitoring sensors,a safety monitoring method for the recycling of steel mixed frame buildings under the multiple coupling effects of damage identification and modal observability is proposed.And take the main workshop of Heavy Machinery Processing Plant as an example.Combined with the static and dynamic measurement method,the effective independent method EI,and the modal kinetic energy method MKE,the optimal monitoring sensor layout plan for the local response and overall response of the structure is realized.According to this,the automatic acquisition of the real response value of the structure under different working conditions is realized,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.(4)Research on the safety monitoring method for the recycling construction of steel mixed frame factory buildings under the multi-coupling effect.Through analysis of construction safety simulation and monitoring content,a pre-control index system was constructed.Combined with the construction safety control process of recycling,on the basis of the comparative analysis of construction safety pre-control methods,I put forward a safety pre-control method for the recycling of steel mixed row factory buildings under the multiple coupling effect based on neural network intelligent algorithm.And take the main workshop of Heavy Machinery Processing Plant as an example.Combined with the kernel principal component analysis method KPCA,quantum particle swarm optimization QPSO,generalized regression neural network GRNN to achieve single-factor risk early warning and multi-factor risk prediction after data dimensionality reduction(feature principal component extraction).And compared with the actual situation on the spot,the operability of the model was verified.
