The integration of informatization and industrialization(IOII)is the only way for manufacturing enterprises to transform from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.With the construction of information infrastructure such as 5G,cloud computing,industrial Internet and satellite Internet,the deep integration of the IOII is pushing forward in full swing in China.The IOII is complex system engineering with continuous advancement,continuous improvement and continuous breakthrough.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of the IOII,the source,identification,control and prediction methods of chaos are studied from the perspective of enterprises,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward to help enterprises understand and utilize chaos,control and predict chaos in the IOII.The main research contents and innovations are as follows:(1)For the internal evolution mechanism of the IOII of manufacturing enterprises,this paper uses complex system theory,synergetics theory and chaos theory to describe the IOII of manufacturing enterprises with three internal core elements: top management support,technical ability of employees and information performance,establishes three-dimensional dynamic evolution equations,analyzes the dynamic evolution process,and uses the largest Lyapunov exponent(LLE)to identify the chaotic characteristics in the evolution.This paper expounds the fluctuation in the process of IOII under the influence of internal and external factors,and the attractors drawn by the game between the elements traction the evolutionary mechanism of the IOII,and points out that the IOII is a process of gradual change or mutation among various forms.The actual measured data of the case company were used for simulation experiments.When the evolution enters an unexpected stable state,the parameters are fine-tuned according to the actual situation of the enterprise,so that the IOII can be controlled to the expected stable state.For the unexpected chaotic state,linear control is adopted to eliminate the chaotic state in combination with the enterprise’s expected value,so that the IOII can enter the next expected stable state.(2)In view of the internal evolution mechanism of IOII under the influence of enterprise resource input and government financial subsidy,this paper adopts synergetics theory and chaos theory,and describes the IOII in perspective of Internet of Thing(IOT)digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in three dimensions: management refinement,production automation and product intelligence.At the same time,a dynamic model is established to analyze the dynamic evolution of case companies and identify chaotic characteristics.It is pointed out that the process of IOII is a process in which various forms such as stable state,unexpected stable state and chaotic state appear alternately,and it is an interactive process of order and disorder,gradual change and transition.For the unexpected evolution,it is necessary to fine-tune the parameters or apply nonlinear controllers according to the short-term and long-term development strategic objectives of the enterprise,so that the current unexpected stable state or chaotic state gradually changes or jumps to the next expected stable state,thus promoting the process of the IOII.(3)To solve the problem of IOII in manufacturing enterprises under abnormal information system,game theory was used to construct a two-phase pricing model under different product rollover strategy of carbon trading and government subsidies mechanism,through the analysis of consumer purchase decision and firm pricing decision,analyzes the best IOII incremental and carbon emissions reductions for optimal profits under different strategies,points out that the relationship between information system constant change and the optimal IOII increment is affected by low carbon subsidies,initial carbon emissions and carbon trading price.When the three reach equilibrium,the IOII evolution mainly depends on self-adaptation;otherwise,intervention measures are needed to make it jump to a new steady state.Then using chaos theory,C_C method,Wolf method,local noise reduction method of phase space reconstruction and singular value decomposition(SVD),radial basis function(RBF)neural network prediction theory,nonlinear prediction are used to analyze,identify,reduce noise and predict the time series of IOII under abnormal information system in equipment manufacturing enterprises in single coverage stage.It is pointed out that enterprises in single coverage should especially emphasize the unity of basic data,so as to lay a good foundation for the subsequent development and integration of new IT/IS systems and related business activities.Multiple iterations of local noise reduction can effectively restore the topological structure of chaotic signal,dig out the problems in enterprise management and operation.Only one-step prediction of the data after noise reduction can have good prediction accuracy and small prediction error,which has important guiding value for enterprise decision-making level and information technology department to accurately locate the abnormal situation that may occur in the short term in the future and speed up the pace of digital transformation.
