cycle composed of advanced concepts,cutting-edge technologies,standard training certification and management and operation.As the World Health Organization(who)put forward in 1996,the 21 st century’s medicine develops from "disease medicine" to "health medicine";it develops from focusing on treatment to prevention;from treatment oriented to holistic treatment;from focus improvement to human micro ecological balance improvement;from group therapy to personalized treatment;from biotherapy to physical and mental integration From emphasizing the role of doctors to paying attention to the role of patients(healthy lifestyle).In the aspect of medical service,it is to take the disease as the center,to take the healthy life quality as the center,to extend the absolute value of life to extend the productive healthy life span and youth life span.In the final analysis,the focus of medical service has shifted from "treating a disease" to "treating a disease before it occurs".Health medicine,which takes people’s health as the research object and practical goal,will be the direction of future medical development and the driving force of new economic development.At present,China is in the critical stage of economic and social transformation and upgrading.The change of macro environment has created favorable conditions for promoting the development of health service industry.Speeding up the development of health service industry is an inevitable requirement for deepening the reform of medical and health system,improving the well-being of people’s livelihood and improving the health quality of the whole people.It is an important measure to promote the optimization and adjustment of the economic structure,and is of great significance to the realization of the Centennial goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.China’s health service industry has entered a new stage of rapid development.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out its development history,development status and development achievements systematically and completely.On the basis of summarizing the main problems and major opportunities faced by the development of China’s health service industry,it is necessary to scientifically analyze various factors affecting its development and combine with the advanced experience of foreign countries.Especially in the current special background,try to build the future "double integration" development path and related suggestions of China’s health service industry.Firstly,taking two key government documents as the dividing point,this paper divides China’s health service industry into three stages: initial development stage(1949-2013),planning stage(2013-2017)and rapid development stage(2017 to date).With the help of the latest research results,this paper briefly describes the development status of China’s health service industry from the perspectives of scale and classification.At the same time,it summarizes the six basic achievements of the development of China’s health service industry,that is,the policy dividend continues to release,the industrial path is gradually clear;the coverage of medical and health services is expanding,and the center of gravity is gradually sinking;the industrial chain of health management and promotion services is initially formed;the scale of commercial health insurance market continues to grow;the integration development is promoted in depth,and the happiness industry is full of vitality;and The regional health service industry highland is emerging,and the demonstration effect is good.It also reveals five basic problems existing in the development of China’s health service industry,that is,there are still many deficiencies in the structure and total amount of medical services;the overall level of health management and promotion services needs to be further improved;the development of health insurance services is weak and there are barriers;the relevant supporting industries of health services are lack of core competitiveness and policy protection;scientific and technological innovation transformation is difficult and information isolation The island problem still exists.Secondly,on the basis of fully considering China’s basic national conditions and the development status of health service industry,this paper constructs the econometric model of influencing factors of health service industry.Taking the per capita disposable income as the core explanatory variables,the per capita personal cash health expenditure,the proportion of population under 14 years old,the proportion of population over 65 years old,the gross enrollment rate of senior high school,the proportion of urban population in the total population,and whether the implementation of the new health care reform were included in the model.The empirical results show that the above variables are conducive to promote the development of China’s health service industry.In addition,income level,personal medical consumption expenditure,policy planning and population aging have a greater impact on the development of health service industry.On this basis,combined with the objective reality of various influencing factors in China,the main forms and modes of influence of economic development level,policy planning,population age structure,urbanization level,scientific and technological innovation and disease spectrum changes on China’s health service industry were deeply explained.Finally,this paper systematically discusses the development prospects of China’s health service industry under the condition of increasing external uncertainty,that is,the normalization of prevention and control in the post epidemic era has brought new opportunities for the development of health service industry,the new infrastructure and dual cycle pattern have brought new opportunities for the development of health service industry,and the aging population has brought new dividends for the development of health service industry.In addition,based on the comparative summary of international experience,this paper puts forward a series of targeted countermeasures and suggestions from many aspects.
