Research On The Utilization Benefit Of Urban Transportation Infrastructure | | Posted on:2021-02-21 | Degree:Doctor | Type:Dissertation | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Cui | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:1489306548474304 | Subject:Technical Economics and Management | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Urban transportation infrastructure is the basic substantial condition of urban economic and social development.The positive impacts on urban economy,society and environment generated by its use are named as urban transportation infrastructure economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit respectively.Three benefits are interactive which constitute the whole system of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure together.In recent years,many Chinese cities,have been enlarging the investment on urban transportation infrastructure,but the utilization level of urban transportation infrastructure is relatively low.This thesis makes an empirical study on the utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure taking Tianjin City as an example.The main research contents can be summarized as four aspects below:Firstly,this thesis clarifies the specific content and formation mechanism of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure when it summarizes the domestic and foreign research findings and basic theories on utilization benefit of transportation infrastructure,and generalizes the influencing factors of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure.Then this thesis constructs the evaluation indicator system of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure.The indicator system reflects the content of the whole utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure more comprehensively and provides the theoretical basis for the empirical research on utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure.Secondly,this thesis evaluates the level of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure and makes empirical research on the relationship between the level of utilization benefit and relevant input elements using Vector auto-regression model taking Tianjin City as an example.According to the research result,although the level of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure has been raised,there is room for its improvement;the proportion of fixed assets investment in urban transportation infrastructure and its economic benefit are interactive;the number of public transport vehicles per capita affects its social and environmental benefits;the total assets,employment and R&D expenditure of manufacture of transportation facilities industry affect the economic and social benefits of urban transportation infrastructure;R&D expenditure of manufacture of transportation facilities industry also affects the level of environmental benefit of urban transportation infrastructure.Thirdly,this thesis analyzes the coordinated development degree of urban transportation infrastructure economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit taking the self-development of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure as research content.The results show that the coordinated development level of three benefits of transportation infrastructure is low in Tianjin and its economic benefit is the main factor which affects the coordinated development level of three benefits.At the same time,this thesis judges the trends of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure and coupling coordination degree of its three benefits using time series model and believes that their levels of current period are largely impacted by them of previous period.Fourthly,this thesis takes the system control theory as guidance and puts forward the improvement method of the level of utilization benefit system of urban transportation infrastructure.According to this method and empirical research results,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures for improving the level of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure of Tianjin from four aspects which are formulating the sustainable development plan of urban transportation infrastructure,promoting the coordinated development of three benefits of urban transportation infrastructure with the development of its economic benefit,fully playing the positive role of the influencing factors of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure and establishing the evaluation system of utilization benefit of urban transportation infrastructure.At the same time it also provides reference for the development of transportation infrastructure in other cities of China. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Urban transportation infrastructure, Utilization benefit, Vector auto-regression model, Coupling coordination degree model, Time series model, Combination evaluation method, System control theory | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
