| The high-tech zone is a large-scale innovation network as a form of government-sponsored industry innovation.This innovative network has great strategic significance for transforming the regional economic development mode and improving China’s overall national strength.The high-tech zone has multiple functions,but its core function is to incubate sci-tech companies.However,at present,China’s high-tech zones generally have “high economic development,low technology innovation”,“emphasizing talent introduction,light manpower endogenous” and other phenomena;On the other hand,sci-tech business incubators also have homogenization,lack of docking channels and many other issues.That is,they couldn’t carry out their core duty.This dissertation attempts to propose the concept of high-tech zone sci-tech business incubating network,revealing the operating way.A form is found that old industry add new technology leads to sci-tech business and new industry after the research of incubation theory,sci-tech business network and high-tech zone operation.The author tries to establish a high-quality platform and integrating the high-tech zone into a large incubator can truly promote key elements to sci-tech business in the most favorable environment.Therefore,this dissertation discusses how to construct and operate incubation network,promote the derivation and sustainable growth of high-tech zone sci-tech companies from the perspective of high-tech zone incubation network operation.Specifically:First of all,the dissertation regards the high-tech zone as a big incubator based on the platform theory,the incubation theory and the social capital theory.Then definition is given to sci-tech business incubation network,and the high-tech zone sci-tech business incubation network’s theory framework is established;Secondly,it analyzes the composition of the high-tech zone sci-tech business incubation network from the aspects of time,space and social capital,analyzes its nodes,related relationships and characteristics.It explores the nodes,connections and circulation media of its internal value network and external value network structure using the value network theory;Thirdly,it analyzes three mechanisms of high-tech zone sci-tech business incubation network operation: learning mechanism,evolution mechanism and business mechanism.We find that the focus of collective learning and knowledge fusion in the incubation network is the reserve of endogenous knowledge;multidimensional interaction.The whole ecological circle of high-tech zone sci-tech business incubation network was constructed,and the specific mode of capital operation was expounded;Then,according to the relevant data of the statistical yearbook,the self-organizing map neural network(SOM)is used to incubate the high-tech zone sci-tech business.The network development model is clustered and judged,and then the simulation process of the high-tech zone sci-tech business incubation network operation process is carried out,which verifies the feasibility of the high-tech zone sci-tech business incubation network.Then BP neural network is used to input the selected capital elements as input,the simulation prediction system is constructed to bridge the gap between theory and reality;Finally,with the fuzzy evaluation method and the Markov chain method,the static and dynamic evaluation model of the operating efficiency of the sci-tech business incubation network in the high-tech zone is constructed.This chapter collects relevant data of Donghu High-tech Zone from multiple angles and applies the evaluation model constructed.Taking Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone as an example,the technology investment incubator network operation of Donghu High-tech Zone is from four angles.Evaluate and analyze the efficiency and the way to improve the operational efficiency of the sci-tech business incubation network.This dissertation establishes a simulation model for the operation process of high-tech zone sci-tech business incubation network,and carries out predictive simulation,and builds an evaluation model for the operational efficiency of high-tech zone sci-tech business incubation network,in order to propose a new thinking direction for the operational efficiency improvement of high-tech zone sci-tech business incubation network in China. |
