Logistics sorting system is a typical and complex human machine environment system,which is an important component of modern logistics industry in the new era.Its operation status is directly related to the rapid,accurate and efficient problems of the whole logistics industry.In order to promote the lean production of the logistics sorting system and further improve the operation efficiency of the logistics sorting system,this paper puts forward the operation behavior analysis and optimization method for the logistics sorting system,focusing on the research of the behavior action acquisition method and cognitive method based on the characteristics,as well as the optimization of the user-centered logistics sorting equipment and the optimization of the logistics sorting system research on manufacturing methods.This paper takes a logistics sorting system as the research object,focusing on the human factors engineering problems in the system as the starting point,focusing on the behavior information of the "human factors" in the system considering the influence of the operator’s action characteristics on the body behavior cognition,information representation and cognitive load,and studying the cognitive characteristics,recognition methods,visualization and other aspects of the operation behavior.On this basis,the relationship between human and machine is studied,and the optimization of logistics sorting equipment is further studied based on user cognition and human factors engineering.Finally,the customization method for the optimization of logistics sorting system is studied.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Facing to the logistics sorting system,this paper summarizes the connotation development of human-machine environment system and the requirements of sorting operation improvement,and summarizes the operation behavior characteristics,operation fatigue,user driven logistics sorting equipment optimization and the research status and methods of logistics sorting system optimization at home and abroad.(2)According to the research background of this paper,the related theories of the behavior and cognitive methods of the logistics sorting system are elaborated.Focusing on the optimization of the user-centered logistics sorting equipment,the related theories of the optimization of the logistics sorting equipment based on the user’s cognition and the human-machine optimization of the logistics sorting equipment based on the human factors and work efficiency are studied respectively.Then the optimization of the logistics sorting system is studied in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of the related methods,a detailed study is carried out on the customization method.(3)This paper studies the methods of acquiring behavior and action characteristics and cognition,and carries out the behavior and cognition experiments of "human factors" in the logistics sorting system.The first stage is to collect the data of different action and behavior characteristics of the experimenter,and to build the action capture system and platform.In the second stage,eye tracking equipment was used to obtain eye movement data in various behavior situations,analyze behavior recognition methods,explore user behavior and behavior cognitive strategies as well as user behavior feature extraction strategies,and completed the cognitive research of spatial behavior actions.(4)Based on the combination of ergonomics and cognitive science,this paper studies the method of action feature acquisition facing user’s behavior.The user-centered optimization of logistics sorting equipment is applied to the optimization of logistics sorting equipment based on user’s cognition and the optimization of logistics sorting equipment based on human factors and work efficiency.Among them,the optimization of the logistics sorting equipment based on the user’s cognition takes the brand image,user preference and social situation as the driving goal,constructs the m-fgn network and applies it in the design of the AGV car for the logistics sorting.The human-machine optimization of the logistics sorting equipment based on the human factor and work efficiency puts forward the risk of MSD(musculoskeletal disease)caused by the work style,product design and other reasons in the operation based on AHP The optimization method is compared with QFD and verified by an example.(5)The customization method for the optimization of the logistics sorting system firstly analyzes the factors that affect the demand of the target enterprise users,establishes the evaluation index system of the automatic sorting system based on the analytic hierarchy process,introduces the quality function expansion method,and proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of the logistics sorting subsystem based on AHP and QFD,and uses the relationship matrix of house of quality method to compare the competition and technology of the supplier enterprises and their competitors,clarifies the optimization direction of the subsystem,and provides a scientific basis for the optimization of the logistics sorting system.The combination of manual operation and mechanical automation equipment is still the production mode of sorting operation in logistics distribution center.Complicated sorting process brings great psychological and physiological challenges to operators.This paper focuses on the operation behavior analysis and system optimization of the logistics sorting system,in order to effectively reduce sorting errors,alleviate the fatigue of sorting operation,improve the operation comfort,make the human-machine environment of the logistics sorting system reach a high degree of coordination,and make the logistics sorting enterprises constantly improve their service quality,at the same time,they can better adapt to the vast number of operators and the logistics industry,having certain theoretical and practical significance for the research of sorting operation optimization and related fields.
