| In recent years,regional economic network is a hot research topic in regional economics,economic geography,urban geography and other disciplines at home and abroad.However,there is no new theory of regional economy based on network theory or integration of network factors.Under the background of networked regional economy,it is of great significance to study this phenomenon for expanding the research field of regional economy,innovating research methods and promoting the development of regional economic theory.The Yangtze River Delta is the region with the most developed regional economy and the highest degree of regional economic integration in China.With the development of regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta rising to national strategy,the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta is of great significance to enhance China’s international economic competitiveness and promote the coordinated development of the national regional economy.From the perspective of network,this paper analyze the complex structural relationship of regional economy network,the process and the formation mechanism of networked economy,which will help us to have a deeper understanding of the complex economic relations in the Yangtze River Delta,and better promote the development of regional economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta.This paper takes the Yangtze River Delta region,which has the highest level of regional economic development and the most obvious "multi center and networked" development of regional economy,as an example,starting from the essence of regional economic connection —enterprise connection,based on the big data of enterprise headquarters and branch relationships.This paper analyzes the structure and evolution,the process and formation mechanisms of regional economic network in the Yangtze River Delta since 1990.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows: Firstly,try to establish the theoretical analysis framework of regional economic network research,analyze the formation mechanism of regional economic network from the theoretical level and establish the dynamic evolution model of regional economic network.Secondly,through the empirical analysis of the process of networked regional economy in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper reveals the general process and the network organization mode of regional economic network from the perspective of enterprise,the general process of networked regional economy is divided into four stages.Thirdly,in terms of data sources,based on 3053024 enterprise big data and 140669 corporate headquarters and their 269442 branches,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the Yangtze River Delta regional economic network,which has a certain degree of innovation in data sources.The paper is divided into six chapters,the first three chapters are theoretical research,the last three chapters are empirical research,the main contents of each chapter are as follows:Chapter 1: This chapter is a review of the research at home and abroad.In this chapter,the core concepts are defined scientifically and rigorously,and the similar concepts are also distinguished.Secondly,through the literature analysis,this paper makes a detailed review of the theoretical development context and main research perspectives of regional economic network at home and abroad.Finally,the domestic and foreign studies are compared and reviewed.Chapter 2: The second chapter is the related basic theory research.By summarizing and combing the relevant theories of economics,spatial economics,economic geography,urban geography and other disciplines,the theoretical basis of this paper is summarized into two parts: network theory and regional spatial structure evolution theory.Chapter 3: The third chapter is the theoretical analysis framework of regional economic network.This chapter first summarizes and compares the central place paradigm and the network paradigm of regional relations.Then it analyzes the formation mechanism of regional economic network from the theoretical level,and tries to establish a dynamic evolution model of regional spatial structure,including the evolution of division of labor,the change of transportation cost,the increasing returns to scale,and the multi sector enterprises.It reveals the general process of the development of regional economic spatial structure from single center to multi center network.Finally,from the perspective of methodology,the research ideas,measurement indicators and mainstream network analysis software of regional economic network are elaborated in detail.Chapter 4: The fourth chapter analyzes the structure and evolution of the Yangtze River Delta regional economic network.Based on the branch contact database composed of 140669 company headquarters and 269442 branch companies,this paper analyzes the structure and evolution of regional economic network in the Yangtze River Delta from three aspects,namely,network node,network connectivity and network sub-group structure.Chapter 5: The fifth chapter analyzes the process of regional economic network in Yangtze River Delta.Firstly,from the four dimensions of urban spatial evolution,population spatial evolution,economic spatial evolution and industrial spatial evolution,this paper analyzes the spatial,demographic,economic and industrial performance in the process of regional economic multi center and network development in the Yangtze River Delta.Secondly,through the analysis of the whole regional economic network and some typical industrial network process in the Yangtze River Delta,the paper sums up the general process of regional economic network and the organization mode of regional economic network from the perspective of enterprise contact.Chapter 6: The sixth chapter analyzes the influencing factors and formation mechanism of regional economic network in Yangtze River Delta.Using the spatial lag regression model,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of networked regional economy in the Yangtze River Delta from seven aspects: population,transportation,economy,external economic relations,market power,administrative power and industrial factors.It also analyzes the formation mechanism of regional economic network in Yangtze River Delta from six aspects: historical factors and path dependence,construction of comprehensive transportation system,industrial agglomeration and diffusion,industrial division and cooperation,and government planning coordination.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the regional economic network of the Yangtze River Delta,and puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of regional economic network. |
