With the rapid development of network communication technologies,the spaceterrestrial integrated networks(STINs),that integrates multi-directional and multilevel networks in the space,sky,land and sea,emerges as the times require.A STIN is an infrastructure that integrates space-based information networks,future Internet and mobile wireless networks to provide global information services.Properly aggregating data of STINs is important for full utilization of network data resources.The growing demand for data services has promoted the continuous exploration and innovation of network data aggregation technologies for STINs.However,STINs put forward new requirements for cyberspace security on key technologies of data aggregation such as critical data transmission,outsourced data storage,and multi-party data computation.In a STIN,there are a large number of terminals in remote areas that lack supervision,and their trustworthiness cannot be guaranteed.In addition,STIN data has various sources.The availability and the integrity of the outsourced data cannot be guaranteed.Besides,each terminal of a STIN hopes to obtain more valuable data services by integrating,calculating and analyzing multi-party data,while it is necessary to ensure the privacy of personal data.It can be seen that the problem of secure data aggregation in a STIN is closely related to national security and people's well-being,and has both practical significance and theoretical research value.Aiming at the problems such as low reliability,high latency and low bandwidth of data security aggregation in STINs,related research is carried out.The research mainly includes three key technologies: end-to-end data secure aggregation,outsourcing data secure aggregation,and multi-party data secure aggregation.These key technologies are designed to ensure the secure aggregation of the whole process of “collection,storage and sharing” of data from raw data to data service,and to form a set of solutions for data protection and sharing in STIN environment.The main work involved are as follows:(1)For terminal device trustworthiness and secure session key generation,an end-to-end data secure aggregation protocol is designed based on trustworthiness evaluation.Based on the trustworthiness attribute information,the protocol performs time related dynamic trustworthiness evaluation to determine the status of the terminals in remote areas,and then establishes an end-to-end trusted special channel.The analysis shows that the protocol is semantically secure,and compared with similar protocols,it reduces the computational overhead of terminals in remote areas.(2)For fast search and integrity verification of outsourced data in STINs,a cube data storage structure based on keyword tags is designed.The novel structure enhances the logical connection between data segments and keywords.Combined with the cube data storage structure,a searchable and verifiable outsourcing data secure aggregation protocol is proposed.This protocol supports secure search and integrity verification of data,which improves verification efficiency,and prevents leakage of user data and search behavior.(3)To aggregate various types of data and realize specific data service requirements such as statistics on the premise of ensuring the data privacy of all parties,data aggregation operation based on the concept of block design is presented in the form of data segmentation and participant grouping.In addition,a bidirectional ring information exchange method is designed.A multi-party data secure aggregation protocol that supports privacy protection is realized based on the mentioned methods.The analysis shows that the protocol can resist the collusion attack of 2k participants.In addition,the communication complexity is reduced,and the secure and efficient aggregation of multi-party user data is achieved.
