Natural HCI gives computers the intelligence of vision, hearing, touch, smell, etc.,to understand the user's intention and thinking through spontaneous collection of multi-channel input information, and allows users to communicate with the system in a "natural" dialogue. In the world of diversified value systems, museum exhibitions have begun to widely apply natural humancomputer interaction in exhibitions to meet the demand for immersive, narrative, and contextualized personalized interpretation of audience interactive experiences. This paper focuses on the practical application of natural interaction in museum exhibitions and explores "Why do museum exhibitions need natural interaction?" and "How to use natural interaction in museum exhibitions? and "How to construct natural interaction in museum exhibitions?".These are the two core questions. To address the "why" question,we analyze the reasons for the rise of natural human-computer interaction in museum exhibitions from internal and external factors;illustrate the characteristics and types of natural interaction in museums with case studies;and discuss the role of natural interaction in promoting audience awareness, enriching audience experience, enhancing content dissemination, and building communication bridges. In response to the "how" question, the design and development strategies of natural museum interaction are proposed in terms of theoretical framework, communication content, audience research, and technological support;suggested ideas for operation and management are presented;evaluation objectives based on content, audience, and technology levels are proposed,as well as three evaluation methods: observation test, expert review, and survey inquiry. The evaluation methods based on content, audience, and technology levels,as well as three aspects of observation test, expert review, and survey inquiry, are proposed in an attempt to construct a museum natural interaction evaluation system.
