Cooperation is the lubricant of social stability and the booster of economic development, however,it is the altruistic behavior of individuals to benefit others at the expense of their own interests. In particular,Darwin argued that the pursuit of maximizing self-interest is a direct driving force for self-individuals to take action, leading to cooperation that does not spontaneously emerge, sustain and spread. Thus,to reveal and explore the mechanism of the evolution of cooperation in nature and society has become one of the hot issues concerned by the academic circle.Particularly,in the context of big data and machine learning, the research on the mechanism of the evolution of cooperation is fundamental and supportive to explore the emergence of swarm intelligence. So far, evolutionary game theory and complex network have provided a general theoretical framework for studying the evolution of cooperation.Specifically, evolutionary game theory captures the dynamics of the evolution of cooperation through abstract social dilemma models, while complex network depicts the interactions among players.Although scholars have made fruitful achievements in this the field, the dynamics of interaction, the complexity of social dilemmas and the diversity of interaction patterns make the research on the evolution of cooperation insufficient and incomplete. Therefore, under the framework of evolutionary game theory and complex network, this paper deeply studies the mechanism of the evolution of cooperation with different interaction patterns in structured populations. The main research achievements and innovations are summarized as follows,(1)The effect of reputation-based adaptive adjustment mechanism on the evolution of cooperation is studied.Within this model, individual reputation changes dynamically with their behavioral strategies, which leads to dynamic adaptive adjustment of the relationship between players. In this paper, link weight is used to quantitatively describe the relationship between players, which is integrated into the calculation of fitness of the focal player, and then the law of the evolution of cooperation in dynamic social relationship pattern is studied. The results show that reputation-based adaptive adjustment of link-weight among individuals can promote the evolution of cooperation. Moreover, the results of the evolution of cooperation is positively correlated with with the control factor of connection weight ε.(2)The spatial multi-game model based on reputation preference selection is proposed.Within this model, reputation does not directly affect the individual’s payoffs, but affects the way that the player chooses neighbor when strategy updating, that is,the neighbor with high reputation is preferentially selected as the object of strategy imitation. The results show that the reputation preference selection mechanism plays a key role in promoting the evolution of cooperation, although both the asymmetry of payoff in spatial multi-game and the reputation preference mechanism can affect the cooperative evolutionary dynamics. The paper also investigates the effect of memory decay on the evolution of cooperation, and find that moderate memory decay factor β can best promote the evolution of cooperation.(3)The law of cooperative evolution dynamics in heterogeneous stochastic interaction patterns is explored.Herein, the paper uses uniform distribution, exponential distribution and power law distribution to describe the heterogeneous interaction probability of individuals, and explores the influence of heterogeneous stochastic interaction patterns on the evolution of cooperation in different spatial social dilemmas. The results show that heterogeneous stochastic interaction pattern hinders the evolution of cooperation in spatial SHG,but promote the evolution of cooperation in spatial PDG and SDG.(4)The conditional interaction model based on finite-resources is constructed.Considering that individuals’ homogeneity influences their interactions and resources play an important role in individuals’ survival and development,we research the effect of resource-based conditional interaction on the evolution of cooperation. The results show that resource-based conditional interaction mechanism can promote the evolution of cooperation, and there exists an optimal tolerance range τ can greatly promote the prosperity and development of cooperation.Furthermore, the promotion effect of resource-based conditional interaction on the evolution of cooperation is robust to network structure, social dilemma type and the pattern of strategy updating.
