| Since its entry into China,pyramid scheme has caused serious economic losses to the country and seriously jeopardized the security and stability of society.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of modern communication,transportation,finance,and Internet technologies,pyramid scheme has presented new features,the scope of transmission has been sharply increased,the degree of harm has increased dramatically,and the harm has become more serious.As an important part of public governance,pyramid schemes have increasingly become an important issue for government departments and public security experts.At present,many scholars have studied pyramid scheme from different aspects.Most of these studies focus on qualitative research,lack of quantitative research,and especially lack of research on the behavioral characteristics of pyramid scheme organizations.This paper takes the typical case of "Good Hearts" Hunan Branch and Yongzhou "5.03" pyramid scheme Organization as the research object,and deeply analyzes the global,micro,hidden and construction characteristics of pyramid scheme organizations.This paper takes statistical analysis and social network analysis as the theoretical tools,and uses Arcgis,Ghephi,Fanmod,PNET and XPNET as the technical research methods,and puts forward the overall framework for analyzing the behavior characteristics of pyramid scheme organizations.The framework generally consists of five parts: The first part is the study of the overall structural characteristics of pyramid scheme organizations based on descriptive statistical analysis;The second part is the study of the microstructural characteristics of pyramid scheme organizations based on phantom analysis;The third is the research on the hidden features of pyramid scheme organizations based on the centrality theory;The fourth part is the research on the construction characteristics of pyramid scheme network based on exponential random graph model;The fifth part is the study of the interaction characteristics between networks based on the two-layer exponential random graph model.Based on the above research framework,the main work of this paper is as follow:(1)Based on descriptive statistical methods,spatio-temporal information analysis techniques and social network analysis methods,we carried out statistical analysis of the global characteristics of the “Shuxinhui” Hunan Branch and the “5.03” pyramid scheme Organization.Firstly,using descriptive statistical methods to analyze the distribution of geographical distribution,gender distribution,age distribution and grade distribution of the “Shenxinhui” Hunan Branch,Then use the GIS to analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of the “Shuxinhui” Hunan branch.Finally,the social network analysis method was used to analyze the network characteristics of the“Shuxinhui” Hunan Branch and the “5.03” pyramid scheme Organization.The descriptive statistical analysis shows that the members of the “Good Hearts” Hunan branch have obvious regional characteristics,the number of male members is much larger than the number of female members,the age span is large,and the level is normally distributed.The analysis of spatio-temporal information analysis technology shows that the “ Spirit of Hearts ” pyramid scheme organization generally combines the characteristics of aggregated development and decentralized development.In Hunan,“Shuxinhui” takes Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan as the core to Yanshen to Shenzhen and north to Changde.In Guangdong,“Good Hearts” took Shenzhen as the core of radical development,and these two trends interacted,eventually forming the overall distribution of the Hunan branch.The results of social network analysis show that the network structure of the “Good Hearts” Hunan Branch and the “5.03” pyramid scheme Organization Network Structure is obvious and both belong to sparse networks.Among them,the “5.03” pyramid scheme organization's transferred prosecutors play a major role in various types of networks,and the core nodes do not rely on communication means to achieve management of the organization.(2)Based on the centrality theory,a sorting method based on two-dimensional data is proposed.Based on this method,principal component analysis(PCA)and correlation analysis are applied to analyze the analysis results.The results show that the central method based on neighbors and distance can better reflect the information of important nodes in the interpersonal network,which means that the pyramid scheme network has strong concealment,and the core members are more willing to rely on the surrounding people to complete the organization.Management and control,not personally involved.The research results reveal the hidden nature of pyramid scheme organizations and provide a new perspective for relevant departments to deal with pyramid scheme.(3)Based on the theory of modal analysis,the micro-structural characteristics of pyramid scheme organizations are empirically analyzed,and these characteristics are described from the perspective of pyramid scheme organizational characteristics and organizational behavior.Firstly,the fund relationship network is analyzed,which confirms that the capital network has a pyramid structure.The capital network has strong stratification characteristics.The members do not have cross-community capital links,and the personnel transferred to the prosecution play a bridge or core role in the financial flow network.Secondly,the interpersonal relationship network is analyzed.The result is that the interpersonal relationship network presents more closeness and does not present a typical pyramid structure.The interpersonal relationship network tends to establish another kind of connection so that the departmental group forms a closed circle.In fact,it is more to complete the task assigned by the organization than to establish a working relationship.Finally,the communication network structure is analyzed.The result is that the communication network presents more closeness and does not present a typical pyramid structure.Members tend to communicate with members of the same level.(4)Based on the exponential random graph model,the network construction rules of pyramid scheme networks are modeled and analyzed,and the behavioral characteristics are summarized and summarized based on the actual attributes of various networks.Firstly,the single-layer exponential random graph model distribution is used to analyze and model the capital network,interpersonal relationship network and communication network.Then,the two-dimensional exponential random graph model is applied to comprehensively study the interpersonal relationship network and communication network.The findings reveal that the three types of networks of pyramid scheme organizations all show homogeneity,and that indictees are more likely to establish communication,funding,and interpersonal relationships with other personnel.Communication,funding and interpersonal relationships are also easy to establish between people from the same community.Members of the communications network and network of people tend to form closed circles.It is difficult for a person to have a financial relationship between the same level of personnel,and the prosecutor is mostly a destination for the flow of funds and is easy to establish a financial relationship with each other.(5)Based on the above research results,combined with the current reality of China's response to pyramid scheme,this paper proposes coping strategies and suggestions based on the behavioral characteristics of pyramid scheme organizations,which provides more decision-making basis for relevant departments at all levels to combat pyramid scheme.Based on the current behavioral characteristics of pyramid scheme activities in China,the study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving existing pyramid scheme activities,including increasing the harmfulness and illegality of pyramid scheme activities,improving the pyramid scheme prevention system,and establishing a multifaceted integrated The pyramid scheme crime prevention system,the strengthening of the Internet and financial industry supervision,the improvement of pyramid scheme monitoring and investigation measures,and the strengthening of comprehensive social governance work against pyramid scheme.Through these measures,the research results are combined with the current practice of dealing with pyramid scheme,and a closed loop of problem solving is achieved.. |
