Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the cultivation and practice of college students' socialist core values have been in full swing,and there are also some good experiences and practices that can be promoted.However,we should also be aware that there are still outstanding problems in the overall transformation mechanism of socialist core values,and the phenomenon of deviation of college students' values is still serious.To establish a transformation mechanism of the socialist core values and realize the educational purpose of "knowledge and practice are necessary each other,and knowledge and practice are integrated on the whole",is not only the era subject faced by college students' core values education,but also the research purpose of this paper.The study holds that the practice of college students' socialist core values can not be separated from the three circumstances of the times and the requirements of the era.Meanwhile,it is believed that colleges and universities should grasp the opportunity of the times and deal with the challenges actively,in order to improve the consciousness and initiative of cultivation and practice.Through the combination of questionnaire and interview,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the transformation mechanism of knowledge and practice in the socialist core values of college students,and points out that: the subjectivity position of the education object is not demonstrated enough,the practical mode of life moral education has not been deeply rooted in the people's mind,the awareness of internal and external driving forces is not in place,the working mechanism of collaborative education is not perfect and the influence of formalism governance has not been eradicated.These are the main reasons for the problems existing in the transformation mechanism of college students' core values.By using the research methods of historical documents,this paper combs the experience of chinese traditional values from the perspectives of internalization mechanism,fusing emotion and reason,then draws the historical enlightenment of "four needs" of the transformation mechanism of knowledge and practice in the core values of college students: the need to strengthen the sense of coordination and linkage;the need to run through the concept of "life moral education";the need to learn the way of self-cultivation and self-restriction from the main body.Based on the solid foundation of empirical research and historical literature review,this paper uses the thinking method of abstract analysis to elaborate the internal mechanism of the transformation of core values,from static structure and dynamic process.The static structure consists of the mental system of cognitive schema,the regulatory system of emotional factors,and the guarantee system of practical ability;while the demand satisfaction constitutes the internal driving force of the transformation of values,the internalization adherence forms the belief fixation force of the transformation of values,and the optimization of environment forms the external help of the transformation of values.The three components constitute the dynamic process of the transformation of core values.Subsequently,the paper also summarizes the hierarchical and phased characteristics of the transformation of core values: that is,from the perspective of the integration of subjectivity in the transformation process,the transformation of values into the internal transformation level of "in-itself,for-itself,and self-awareness";from the perspective of the stage characteristics of knowledge,feelings and behavior,the transformation of values can be divided into three stages of "moving,touching and action".From the dynamic and static aspects,both internal and external transformation validity provide a comprehensive and multi angle analysis and interpretation for the transformation validity of knowledge and behavior,and also provide a solid theoretical support for the evaluation mechanism of the transformation of knowledge and practice.In the end,the paper puts forward the construction mechanism and specific countermeasures from six aspects: interest mechanism,guidance mechanism,experience mechanism,practice mechanism,coordination mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
