As an important part of China's higher education system,higher vocational education is an important force to promote the transformation and upgrading of the national economic development model.In recent years,higher vocational education has opened up a new model of vocational education alliance development represented by vocational education groups.As a strategic alliance to realize the complementary and shared advantages of educational resources,it has become an active exploration of the development model of higher vocational education in China.In the “Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Reform of the National Vocational Education” in 2019,it was proposed that the vocational education should be transformed into a multi-cultural school-running pattern,and the professional characteristics should be fully reflected.Therefore,in the new historical background,how to improve the level of collaborative performance of strategic alliances in higher vocational education has become a new challenge for the development of higher vocational education.The world's first higher education alliance,the American Association of Universities,was established in 1900.Later,the Ivy League,the Russell University Group,and the Australian Eight Schools Alliance were established,which have had a positive impact on the development of the World Higher Education Alliance.The strategic alliance of higher vocational education is participated by “high vocational colleges-government departments-enterprise-industry associations”,and through strategic sharing and complementary advantages,it can achieve strategic alliances to promote regional economic transformation and development.However,at present,China's higher vocational education strategic alliances generally have the problem of“not satisfied with the strategic synergy performance among the alliance members,insufficient coordination of strategic alliance resources,and unclear path of strategic alliance synergy improvement”,which restrain the improvement of strategic alliance collaborative performance to some extent.This thesis focuses on the collaborative performance of higher vocational education strategic alliances,and analyzes the synergistic characteristics of higher vocational education strategic alliances,and explores the development of strategic alliances of higher vocational education based on strategic synergy theory,resource allocation theory and business process reengineering theory.The internal relationship and law,and the combination of qualitative and quantitative,normative research and empirical research,through the strategic synergy performance satisfaction and resource synergy performance contribution two dimensions to study the synergy performance of higher vocational education strategic alliance,Constructing a strategic alliance collaborative performance measurement model,improving the simulation model through business synergy performance,and locating the path of enhancing the strategic alliance's collaborative performance has important theoretical and practical significance for scientific guidance and promotion of strategic alliance synergy performance.This thesis follows the “strategic alliance synergy mechanism analysis” ?“cooperative performance driving factor analysis” ? “cooperative performance indicator system design” ? “collaborative performance measurement model construction” ? “collaborative performance improvement simulation model construction”?“positive analysis” Conduct research and mainly study the following five aspects:First,the synergy mechanism of the strategic alliance of higher vocational education is analyzed.Starting from the synergistic characteristics and related theories of higher vocational education strategic alliances,the synergistic mechanism of strategic alliances is analyzed.Second,design strategic alliance synergy performance indicator system.Through the identification and driving factors analysis of strategic alliance collaborative performance order parameters,the collaborative performance indicator system is finally constructed based on grounded theory.Third,the strategic alliance cooperative performance measurement model is constructed.Based on the strategic synergy performance satisfaction index system and the resource synergy performance contribution index system,a strategic collaborative performance satisfaction measurement model based on structural equation model and a resource synergy performance contribution measurement model based on super-efficiency DEA are constructed.Fourth,design a strategic alliance synergy performance improvement simulation model.By constructing a simulation model of business synergy performance improvement based on system dynamics,the key paths affecting the strategic synergy performance satisfaction and resource synergy performance contribution are located,which provides a basis for formulating specific strategies for synergistic performance improvement.Fifth,an empirical analysis of the collaborative performance measurement and simulation of the strategic alliance of higher vocational education was carried out.Taking 14 vocational education groups in Guangxi as an example,the empirical analysis is carried out to verify the scientific and effective simulation of the collaborative performance measurement model and performance improvement simulation of the higher vocational education strategic alliance.This thesis attempts to conduct exploratory research in the following three aspects:(1)In view of the low satisfaction degree of strategic synergy performance among alliance members,this thesis collects the data of strategic synergy performance satisfaction measurement model based on structural equation model,and collects the data that affects strategic synergy performance satisfaction by questionnaire survey.By constructing a strategic collaborative performance satisfaction index system,the structural equation model is used to measure the strategic synergy performance satisfaction.(2)In view of the insufficient coordination of strategic alliance resources,this thesis constructs a resource collaborative performance contribution measurement model based on super-efficiency DEA.Principal component analysis and rough set reduction are used to select the core indicators that affect the contribution of resource collaborative performance,and the contribution of resource collaborative performance is measured by the super-efficient DEA model.(3)Aiming at the problem that the strategic alliance synergy performance improvement path is not clear,by constructing the business synergy performance improvement simulation model and using the system dynamics simulation principle,the key path affecting the strategic synergy performance satisfaction and resource synergy performance contribution is located.And then develop specific strategies to enhance the synergy performance of strategic alliances.
