Study On The Relationship Between Spirit Of Chinese Professional Table Tennis Coaches And Development Of Competitive Table Tennis

By this study,the author aims to build spirit model of Chinese professional table tennis coaches,sum up the developing dimensions of China's competitive table tennis movement,and construct evaluation scales for spirit of Chinese professional table tennis coaches and the development of competitive table tennis,and based on this,explore the relationship between the spirit of Chinese professional table tennis coaches and the development of competitive table tennis.By the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics method,the author carry out a series of empirical studies on the spirit model of Chinese professional table tennis coaches,the development of comp etitive table tennis dimensions,their relations and other issues,come to the conclusions as follows.Conclusion one:The spirit model of Chinese professional table tennis coaches consists of six kinds of spirit such as professionalism spirit,team spirit,competitive spirit,scientific and realistic spirit,innovation spirit and suffering spirit,the verification results shows that the model is effective;the development of competitive table tennis can be summarized,concluded and evaluated from three dimensions as competitive results,technique of table tennis and management system of training and competition.Conclusion two:"Measurement Questionnaire for the Spirit of Chinese Professional Table Tennis Coaches and the Development of Competitive Table Tennis" has good reliability and validity in use;reaches the acceptable standard in psychology.Conclusion three:multiple regression analysis showed that the spirit of Chinese professional played a significant role in promoting the development of competitive table tennis as a whole and has higher explanatory power on the developing of competitive table tennis.What's more,six kinds of spirit such as professionalism spirit,scientific and realistic spirit,team spirit,suffering spirit,innovation spirit and competitive spirit all have significant effect in promoting the developing of competitive table tennis,they all have higher explanatory power on the developing of competitive table tennis.The effect degree of every spirit ordered from high to low:professionalism spirit,scientific and realistic spirit,team spirit,suffering spirit,innovation spirit and competitive spirit.Conclusion four:Spirit of Chinese professional table tennis coaches has the closest relationship with the competition results,the correlation coefficient was 0.815;followed by the technique of table tennis with the correlation coefficient 0.739;has the weakest relationship with training and competition,correlation coefficient was 0.651.Conclusion five:Multiple regression analysis shows that,five spirits,such as professionalism spirit,scientific and realistic spirit,team spirit,suffering spirit and innovation spirit,separately has significant promoting effect on the competition results and technique of table tennis,these five spirits as a whole has 72.1%explanatory power on the competition results and 56.5%explanatory power on the technique of table tennis.The effect degree of these five spirits ordered from high to low:professionalism spirit,scientific and realistic spirit,team spirit,suffering spirit and innovation spirit.Professionalism spirit,scientific and realistic spirit have significant promoting effect on management system of training and competition with 48.7%explanatory power together,the effect degree ordered from high to low:professionalism spirit,scientific and realistic spirit.
