Research On Community Correction Education From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

It is the inevitable choice of history for human society to move from barbarism to civilization.In this process,human beings realize that to solve the crime problem and realize the good effect of social governance depends on the way human treat criminals.The change from simple retribution to emphasis on educational reform not only reflects the fundamental change of human concept of treating criminals,but also confirms the progress of society and human nature.Our country has always attached great importance to the ideological and political education of criminals,which plays an extremely important role in our country.Today,people are more and more aware of the importance of Ideological and political education for criminals to change their ideas,reshape their outlook on life,values and the world,and become law-abiding citizens.Therefore,in the new social environment and era background,how to study the community correction education from the perspective of Ideological and political education is facing many problems and challenges.However,there is no doubt that the ideological and political education also needs to keep pace with the times.In view of the characteristics and problems of the community correction education in the field of Ideological and political education in the aspects of subject,object,intermediary and environment,we should meet the needs of the times and make new understanding and interpretation.From the perspective of the theory of Ideological and political education,based on the history and current situation of community correction education in China,this paper systematically investigates and examines the problem from three aspects: theoretical basis,empirical analysis and countermeasure research.This paper holds that the community correction education in China is a practical activity under the guidance of Ideological and political education,and the problems existing in the practice of community correction education should be analyzed and solved under the guidance of the theory and practice of Ideological and political education.At the level of theoretical basis,through literature research,this paper deeply explores the rich connotation of Marxist theory and ideological and political education theory,which can provide correct theoretical guidance and ideological guidance for community correction education in the perspective of Ideological and political education.In the aspect of empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems of community correction education in the field of Ideological and political education in the aspects of educational subject,object,intermediary and environment through social survey methods such as questionnaire,interview,case analysis and data analysis.In the aspect of countermeasure research,based on the ideological and political education,this paper can bring the correct political outlook,outlook on life,civic morality,mental health and the concept of rule of law into the content of community correction education.At the same time,it comprehensively uses the conventional education methods of Ideological and political education,including the theoretical education method,the labor education method,the practical education method and the indoctrination education method,as well as the innovative education methods of Ideological and political education,such as the other self education method,the self education method and the unconscious education method,to improve the effectiveness of community correction education in the perspective of Ideological and political education.In addition,ideological and political education can also guide the public to understand the community correction education scientifically,strive to build a loose and harmonious community correction education environment,help the community correction objects to truly return to society,and consolidate the long-term effect of community correction education.This paper holds that in the activities of community correction Education under the guidance of Ideological and political education,only under the correct requirements and guidance of Ideological and political education,the objects of community correction education can reflect on their own mistakes and purify their hearts,and fundamentally reconstruct the ideological and moral quality in line with the requirements of social development.Around the above content,this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,analyzes the research status of community correction education,and demonstrates the ideas and methods of studying community correction education from the perspective of Ideological and political education.The second chapter is the ontology of community correction education from the perspective of Ideological and political education.This paper defines the related concepts of community correction education with the method of literature research,analyzes the reasons of studying community correction education from the perspective of Ideological and political education,and examines the objectives,characteristics,functions and laws of community correction education from the perspective of Ideological and political education.The third chapter is the theory of the basis of community correction education from the perspective of Ideological and political education.This chapter discusses the theoretical basis of Ideological and political education for the object of community correction education from the perspective of Marxist theory of human's all-round development,Mao Zedong's theory of educational reform of criminals,the theory of Ideological and political education process and the theory of Ideological and political education environment.The fourth chapter is the historical review of community correction education from the perspective of Ideological and political education.By reviewing the experience and practice of community correction education in ancient,modern and contemporary China,it is concluded that moral education,labor production education,cultural education and ideological education should be used for reference in the process of community correction education.The fifth chapter is the theory of influencing factors of community correction education from the perspective of Ideological and political education.This chapter uses the method of questionnaire and data analysis,from the perspective of Ideological and political education factors to analyze the practical situation of community correction education and analyze the causes.The sixth chapter is the countermeasure theory of community correction education in the perspective of Ideological and political education.According to the process elements of Ideological and political education,according to the current situation and reasons of community correction education,combined with the theoretical analysis and experience enlightenment of the previous chapters,this chapter proposes to enrich the strength of the main body of community correction education,improve the cultural and psychological quality of the object of community correction education,and strengthen the political outlook,outlook on life,civic morality,labor production and psychology of the object of community correction education Health and rule of law education to improve the content of community correction education.At the same time,the case analysis method is used to demonstrate the use of Ideological and political education methods to improve the efficiency of community correction education,and optimize the environment of community correction education,so as to solve the problem of community correction education.
