| Problem-Awareness oriented,this paper discusses some major problems involved in music education practice in normal universities on the basis of literature analysis,investigation,interview and qualitative analysis with a comprehensive application of methodologies in dialectical materialism,historical materialism,sociology,pedagogy,culture,aesthetics,history and musicology in hope of helping improve the quality of music education practice in normal universities.This paper reveals the weakening of theory and purpose in classroom teaching,the lack of diversity and individualization of classroom teaching forms,and the problems existing in art performance instruction.It then looks at the problems in the training mode and teaching practice of music education majors and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.From the interrelationship and mutual penetration of the “music education course” and the “secondary school music internship class” to explore the richness and creativity of the teaching practice in the classroom and internship classrooms,and to improve the quality of teaching.This paper contains a vital enlightenment based on the reflection of intern teachers teaching problems.For a long time,the music education practice of secondary school students lacks powerful support and guidance of music education practice theory.Therefore,to improve the quality of secondary school music education,not only should intern teachers possess corresponding teaching skills,but also be guided by a sophisticated theory,which is still an academic gap.For this reason,the author has a magnificent vision that the domestic scholars with rich teaching experience and sound theoretical foundation take the lead in building a sophisticated theory of music education in secondary school so as to ameliorate the quality of classroom teaching and art performance instruction. |
