Cultural security is a state in which the culture of a country or region is not eroded,assimilated or replaced.It continuously inherited and developed with its own integrity,uniqueness and independence.Cultural security is an important part of national security.It will become a new threat to national development,such as "color revolution" and"Arab Spring".The border area is located at the edge of the country,which is not only a"window" for displaying China's image,but also a "microphone" for spreading Chinese style.The cultural security governance of the border areas means the problem of culture security and culture development in the border areas that is solved and protected by the state power,social organizations and other people.The border areas of Yunnan are typical frontier regions,which not only have the special cultural security attributes of the Yunnan frontier,but also have similar problems with the mainland and other frontiers.The cultural security
