The Naive Beauty Of Contemporary Painting

Na(?)ve Art refers to a form of artistic expression which is learned by oneself without college training.It can reflect intuitively the creators' own emotion as well as the life experience.With the improvement of local consciousness and self-identity,Naive art has gradually become a kind of public art as well as aesthetic education.This begins from the definition of Na(?)ve Art,explains the similarities and differences between Na(?)ve Art and raw art and further studies the development of the Na(?)ve Art in Taiwan.In addition,the thesis also explores the common characteristics of Naive Art and folk art in Taiwan as well as its relationship with the local consciousness.Besides,the thesis also makes a further in-depth study of the Naive artists' cases in Taiwan and explores the creative motion of the creators through the images of works.Taiwan's historical background affects the development of naive art.The diversified cultural backgrounds lead to the diverse appearances of artists' works.In modern Taiwan art,the status and value of na(?)ve artists in Taiwan have gradually been affirmed and paid attention to.The immature beauty also exists in these naive artists.Taiwan's na(?)ve art has something in common with the raw art put forward by French artist Jean Dubuffet.The author thinks that it is an interesting phenomenon.The thesis will further explore the influence of immature beauty's interestingness in contemporary painting.In addition,it will affirm the value of the naive art in contemporary painting's immature beauty through a series of discussions on Taiwan's naive art.
