There exist many mark phenomena of unsymmetrical opposites in anylanguages of the world, they possess typological characteristics. The mark phenomenaconsis in pronunciation,vocabulary,sentence,semantic and pragmatic of languagesystem. On the base of previous results from Chinese, English, Russian and otherlanguages on the relevant mark phenomenon, this paper combines with the methodesof the qualitative research and quantitative research, description and explanation ofthe origin of language, attempts to observe and analyse the mark phenomenon in themodern Uygur Language.And on this basis,this paper also compared to study themark phenomenon in Uygur and Chinese language, reveals the cognitive, pragmatic,social and cultural reasons of Uygur and Chinese mark phenomenon of commonnessand individuality characteristics. In the last, the paper use and examine the effect ofMarkedness Theory on the study of the second language acquisition in Uygur andChinese bilingual teaching.There are five chapters in this paper which can be generally divided into threeparts:The first part (Chapter ?): The Summary part of the Markedness Theory. Inthis part mainly introduces the meaning of Markedness Theory and research object,the criterion of the marked and unmarked,mark types, the causes of the phenomenon,and emphatically introduces the main development stages of Markedness Theory inforeign theory research and the present situation in the domestic theory research andin comparative study of Uygur and Chinese.The second part (Chapter ?,?,?):The part of comparative study about themark phenomenon of Nouns,verbs and adjectives in Uygur and Chinese. In thischapter first describes the mark phenomena of unsymmetrical opposites about thenumber, Gender and kinship system of Nouns; the active and passive, affirmationand negation of Verbs; the mark phenomenon of grade antisense Adjectives existed inthree kinds of questions, the comparative sentence, word-formation, idiom system etc.Secondly, in each chapter also comparative analysis mark phenomenon on Nouns,Vorbs and Asjectives in Uygur and Chinese,and explain the reason of the markphenomena of unsymmetrical opposites.The third part(Chapter ?): This part elaborates the effection of the MarkednessTheory on bilingual teaching in Uygur and Chinese. Through the questionnaire surveymethod, this part mainly empirical test the effection of Markedness Theory in passivesentencein in Uygur and Chinese bilingual teaching, And proposes the enlightenmentfor the Uygur and Chinese bilingual teaching and bilingual teachers.The innovation point in this paper is manifested in the following two aspects:The first is the research content aspect.The research aimed at the research andcomparison of vacancies in Uygur and Chinese, have certain innovation. The study onMarkedness Theory has been widely used in various language levels, but according toour current available information, research results on Markedness Theory and markphenomenon is not much in the study of Uighur, Uighur and Chinese bilingualcontrast. Based on the Markedness Theory, this paper Comparative study theasymmetric phenomenon about Nouns, Verbs and Adjectives system existing in Uygurand Chinese, and texplain the causes. From the exploration of new methods, newtheories and new achievements,this research have certain innovation.The second is the practical value aspect to improve the effect of Uygur andChinese bilingual teaching. This reseach applicats the Markedness Theory in Uighurand Chinese bilingual contrast and bilingual teaching, which is different analysis tothe traditional comparison, not the simply equating difficulties with differencesbetween two languages,but the connection between learning difficulties and thedifference of language and marker level, and thus we can get more accuratedescription dimension in the process of the second language learning. there may behave certain practice value to improve the effectiveness in the Uygur and Chinesebilingual teaching.
