Servicemen, as a special group, were often in a special environment and particular events. Varying degrees of stress responses exist in peacetime military life and military training. These stress responses had a great influence on physical and mental health of officers and men, impeded the normal completion of military training and military operations. Past research focused more on other groups such as health care workers, students, teachers and PTSD patients but fewer on servicemen,more fragmented research and fewer systematic research on stressors,current situation,influencing factors and attentional bias,more more questionnaire research and fewer other research.The current research took young servicemen as subjects,and questiionnaire was held for investigating their stressors,current situation and influencing factors.The current research also focused on their attentional bias by visual dot probe task, on preattentional bias by masked visual dot probe task, on inhibition of return by cue-target task. Conclusion was as below:1. Top five stressful life event of young servicemen were“overworked”,”significant personal achievement or happy”,”career change","financial difficulties"and "career and academic frustration".Top five stressful life events in different force category,differnet levels and different servicetime is different.2. Level of psychological stress in Navy and Army is higher than in armed police,military academies and Air Foce. Level of psychological stress for those whose servicetime is in one year and in five years or more is higher than those in two years,three years and four years.Leve of psychological stress for those who's engaged in two operations in one month is higher than those in no operation,one operation and three or more operations.Rural resident servicemen had higher psychological stress than city residence and town residence.Interaction effect of operation numbers and servicetime, force category and servicetime, force categories and operation numbers is significant. 3. Navy in the negative factors was significantly higher than other categories on the troops, the military institution in the positive factors are significantly higher than other types of forces.4. Personality, emotional experience, negative coping style and life events are important factors to psychological stress in young soldiers.5. Attentional bias to threatening stimuli was detected in visual dot probe task for high stress young officers and soldiers under military stress.6. Preattentional bias to threatening stimuli was detected in masked visual dot probe task for high stress young officers and soldiers under military stress.7. Inhibition to threatening words was lack in cue-target task for high stress young officers and soldiers under military stress at SOA 250ms, and inhibition of return was not detected.8. Education and management to key population should be concentrated, reasonable and effective social support system should be constructed, healthy personality should be developed.Meanwhile we should teach them rational and effective attentional assignment strategy,change their negative appraisal, improve their tolerance to stressful enviroments or events and reduce their level of stress according their attentional bias characteristics.
