Key Points Of Insomnia Syndrome In The Real World Under The "Space-time System Of Yin-Yang And Five Movements"

Research objective:1.It was based on the theory of Yin-Yang and Five Movements in Chinese traditional culture to construct the "space-time system of Yin-Yang and Five Movements",and be demonstrated its scientificity through modern mathematical scientific knowledge.2.Analyzed the pathogenesis of insomnia under the "space-time system of Yin-Yang and Five Movements",and used cross-sectional research methods in the real world to verify the clinical rationality of the "space-time system of Yin-Yang and Five Movements".Research method:1.The "space-time system of Yin-Yang and Five Movements" was constructed with Yin-Yang as the longitude and Five Movements as the latitude,and then the system was demonstrated through modern mathematical scientific knowledge such as advanced algebra,analytical geometry,astromechanics,atmospheric physics,special relativity and general relativity.2.Clinical research methods:The cross-sectional on-site interview survey method was adopted.The survey time was from October 2020 to May 2021.The survey was conducted in the gymnasium of Huangjiahu campus of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine.The subjects were 2020 undergraduate students of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine.The subjects' CM constitution information was recorded in the“Information collection form of subjects of cross-sectional study subjects constructed by space-time system of "Yin Yang and Five Movements" ”,which was prepared by the team members of the Institute of geriatrics of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine,and completed by themselves with the assistance of 2-3 investigators with master's degree or above education background of Chinese Medicine.A total of 3224 questionnaires were sent out and 3219 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 99.8%.Excluding 2 invalid questionnaires,a total of 3217 questionnaires were finally included in the statistics.3.Statistical methods of clinical research data: In this study,the data in the original database were imported into IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 software for statistical analysis,and P < 0.05 and the parameter value within 95% confidence interval(95% CI)were used as the criteria for statistically significant difference.The distribution of patients' age(mean,standard deviation,maximum and minimum,etc.)was analyzed by descriptive statistical methods.The data of gender,marital status,occupation,operation history,trauma history,blood transfusion history,tobacco and alcohol history,diet preference,four diagnosis information and CM physical status were analyzed by frequency analysis method.Compared the differences in different groups of 2-classified date with 2test method.Rank sum test was used to compare the differences between different groups of hierarchical data or multi classification data.To explore the relationship between insomnia,Qi deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency constitution and various influencing factors,as well as the relationship between nine constitutions of Chinese Medicine and various factors of five movements and six Qi at birth,and the results of physical evaluation with binomial classification logistic regression analysis method.To explore the relationship between the score of physical health evaluation and the factors of Chinese Medicine Constitution and five movements and six Qi at birth with the ordinal logistic regression analysis method,and also to calculate the OR value and 95% confidence interval.Research results:1.The space-time of Yin Yang and Five Movements was a curved space-time,and whether investigated through Euclidean space system or Riemannian space system,it has complete mathematical characteristics,such as the characteristics of good orthogonal covariance in Riemannian space,feasibility and completeness of transformation in high-dimensional state and so on.These characteristics showed that the combination of Yin Yang and Five Movements theory of Chinese Medicine and time and space has good scientificity,and would also lay a certain foundation for our further application in clinical practice.At the same time,through the space-time model diagram of Yin-Yang and Five Movements,it could also be seen that the five movements and six Qi theory of Chinese Medicine and the Qimen dunjia theory of ancient strategists were only special situations existing under the "space-time system of Yin-Yang and Five Movements",and its change law should be clarified by our theory.2.Whether in the four-dimensional or high-dimensional space-time state,insomnia had a complete mathematical expression under the "Yin-Yang and Five Movements space-time system",and the corresponding space-time parameter solutions can be obtained.On the one hand,it showed that this research mode of explaining diseases and syndromes of CM with the theory of space-time medicine is operable and reliable in the process of practice.At the same time,it also showed that the "space-time system of Yin-Yang and Five Movements" had good modern scientific attributes and clinical practical value,which was worthy of further research and promotion.3.Most of the subjects had simple constitution,and few had compound constitution.The frequency of nine different constitutions in all subjects was peaceful > Yang deficiency > Yin deficiency > Qi deficiency > damp heat > phlegm dampness > Qi depression > blood stasis > intrinsic quality.In the compound constitution,2 kinds of biased constitution mixed > 3 kinds of biased constitution mixed > 4 kinds of biased constitution mixed > 5 kinds of biased constitution mixed >6 kinds of biased constitution mixed > 7 kinds of biased constitution mixed > 8 kinds of biased constitution mixed.The top ten constitution types in the composite constitution were "Yang deficiency + Qi Deficiency" > "Yang deficiency + Yin Deficiency" > "Yang deficiency + Yin deficiency + Qi deficiency + phlegm dampness+ damp heat + blood stasis + Qi depression" > "Yang deficiency + Yin deficiency +Qi Deficiency" > "Yang deficiency + damp heat" > "Yin deficiency + damp heat" > "Yin deficiency + damp heat" > "Yin deficiency + Qi Deficiency" = "Yin deficiency +phlegm dampness + damp heat" > "Phlegm dampness + damp heat" = "Yin deficiency+ phlegm dampness".4.Evaluating the scoring grade of each evaluation item with 2goodness of fit test,it was found that the distribution of each score grade of all evaluation items had statistically significant differences,which indicated that its distribution was uneven.Took the score grade of each evaluation item as the grouping variable and gender as the response variable for 2test,the scores of each item have statistically significant differences between different genders,and the evaluation results of other items were better for girls than boys except the 50 m race.5.The factors affected the subjects' sleep include: gender,Qi deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,phlegm dampness constitution,damp heat constitution,blood stasis constitution,Qi depression constitution,special constitution,peaceful constitution,compound constitution,preference for five flavors of diet,acidophilia,addicted to sweet,addicted to spicy,addicted to salty,addicted to light,noisy living environment,allergy history,shortness of breath,mental fatigue,fatigue,self sweating,laziness to speak,drinking history,outdoor exercise habits,eating late at night habits,staying up late habits,Zaiquan at birth,etc.The influencing factors with high correlation with insomnia were: light preference,Qi deficiency syndrome,Qi depression constitution,peaceful constitution,noisy living environment,allergy history,preference for five flavors of diet,Shaoyin emperor fire for Sitian at birth,Taiyin wet soil for Sitian at birth and so on.6.The relevant influencing factors of Qi deficiency syndrome included: gender,insomnia,difficulty in falling asleep,shallow sleep,dreaminess,early awakening,sleeplessness at night,other insomnia symptoms,Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,phlegm dampness constitution,damp heat constitution,blood stasis constitution,Qi depression constitution,special constitution,peacefulful constitution,compound constitution,preference for five flavors of diet,acidophilia,addicted to sweet,addicted to salty,noisy living environment,drinking history,tea drinking habits,coffee drinking habits,outdoor exercise habits,eating late at night habits,staying up late habits,etc.The influencing factors with high correlation with Qi deficiency syndrome were insomnia,Yin deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,phlegm dampness constitution,qi depression constitution,peaceful constitution and noisy living environment.7.The relevant influencing factors of Qi deficiency constitution included: gender,Qi deficiency syndrome,insomnia,difficulty in falling asleep,shallow sleep,dreaminess,early awakening,other insomnia symptoms,Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,phlegm dampness constitution,damp heat constitution,blood stasis constitution,Qi depression constitution,special constitution,peaceful constitution,compound constitution,allergy history,preference for five flavors of diet,acidophilia,addicted to sweet,addicted to spicy,addicted to salty,addicted to light,noisy living environment,shortness of breath,mental fatigue,fatigue,self sweating,laziness to speak,smoking history,coffee drinking habits,outdoor exercise habits,night eating habits,staying up late habits,changed direction of living space,etc.The influencing factors with high correlation with Qi deficiency constitution were: whether Qi deficiency syndrome,addicted to salty,addicted to light,Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,damp heat constitution,Qi depression constitution and compound constitution.8.Taking the nine constitutions of Chinese Medicine and the variables such as "compound constitution" as dependent variables,the factors of five movements and six Qi at birth and the physical health evaluation results as independent variables into the regression model,we found that:The factors related to Yang deficiency constitution were: female,low weight,normal weight,50 m running performance(failed,passed and good),sitting forward flexion performance and vital capacity performance.Which the main Qi at birth was Taiyin wet soil was the protective factor.The factors related to yin deficiency constitution were: female,50 meter running performance(fail,pass and good)were risk factors,low weight,normal weight,total score(fail,pass and good)as protective factors.The factors related to Qi deficiency constitution included: female,Shaoyin emperor fire at birth,50 meter running performance(failed,passed),standing long jump performance(passed,good),1000 meter running(male)/ 800 meter running(female)performance as risk factors,Shaoyang phase fire at birth as protective factors.The factors related to phlegm dampness constitution were: female,50 meter running performance(failure,pass)as risk factors,low weight and normal weight as protective factors.The factors related to damp heat constitution were: female,the main Qi at birth was Taiyin wet soil all as risk factors.The factors related to blood stasis constitution were: women and 50 meter running results(fail,pass)all as risk factors.The factors related to Qi Depression constitution were: female,50 meter running performance(fail,pass,good)as risk factors,and the Taiyang cold water for Sitian at birth as protective factor.The factors related to special physique were: female as the risk factor,too much golden transportation for big transportation at birth as the protective factor.The factors related to peaceful constitution were: female,50 meter running performance(failing,passing),good sitting forward flexion performance,Shaoyin emperor fire for the main Qi of birth,etc.The factors related to the formation of compound constitution were: female,age,standing long jump performance(pass,good),"Pull up(male)/ 1 minute sit ups(female)" score etc.9.Taking the score grade of the subjects' physical health evaluation results(divided into four grades: failed,passed,good and excellent)as the dependent variable,and the nine constitutions of Chinese Medicine and the components of five movements and six Qi at birth as independent variables into the ordinal logistic regression analysis model for analysis,we found that:The factors related to the score of "body weight" were: gender,Yin deficiency,phlegm dampness,lack of earth transportation during the birth as risk factors,and Yang deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution as protective factors.The factors related to the score of "vital capacity" were: gender,the main Qi at birth was Shaoyang phase fire,the main Qi at birth was Shaoyin emperor fire,and the main Qi at birth was Taiyang cold water.The factors related to the score of "50 meter race" were: gender,Yang deficiency constitution,damp heat constitution,peaceful constitution,less water transportation for big transportation at birth,too much fire transportation for big transportation at birth,too much gold transportation for big transportation at birth,etc as risk factors,and Qi deficiency constitution and Taiyang cold water for guest Qi as protective factors.The factors related to the score grade of "standing long jump" were: Yang deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution as risk factors,gender,compound constitution,Shaoyin emperor fire as the main Qi at birth,Taiyang cold water for guest at birth as protective factors.The factors related to the score of "sitting forward flexion" were: blood stasis constitution as a risk factor and gender as a protective factor.The factors related to the score grade of "1000 meter race(male)/ 800 meter race(female)" were: Yang deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution,Qi depression constitution,lack of wood transportation for big transportation at birth as risk factors,and gender,Qi deficiency constitution,phlegm dampness constitution,special constitution,Shaoyang phase fire for guest Qi at birth as protective factors.The factors related to the score grade of "pull up(male)/ 1-minute sit ups(female)" were: Yang deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution,poor soil transportation for big transportation at birth as risk factors,gender,Qi depression constitution,compound constitution,Yang Ming dry gold for main Qi at birth,Shaoyin emperor fire for main Qi at birth,Taiyang cold water for guest Qi at birth as protective factors.The factors related to the score of "total score" were: blood stasis constitution,peaceful constitution,lack of earth transportation for big transportation at birth as risk factors,gender,Yang deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,Shaoyang phase fire for main Qi at birth,Yang Ming dry gold for main Qi at birth,Shaoyin emperor fire for main Qi at birth,Taiyang cold water for guest Qi at birth as protective factors.Research conclusion:1.The "space-time system of Yin Yang and Five Movements" constructed by us has good self consistency and completeness in mathematics,and has certain practicability and feasibility in medical theory.We could get a reasonable answer to analyze the pathogenesis of insomnia through the space-time system of the book of changes or the space-time system of five movements and six Qi.The construction of "Yin Yang and Five Movements space-time system" was an exploration of the organic combination of Chinese traditional culture and Chinese Medicine culture with modern mathematical science.It was also an attempt to explain the theory of Chinese Medicine by using science other than modern medicine or life science.2.The incidence of insomnia was related to the pattern of five movements and six Qi at birth,which proved that the time and space of five movements and six Qi at birth has a certain impact on the later onset of insomnia.Moreover,the time and space of five movements and six Qi at the time of the subject's birth had a certain relationship with the formation of CM Constitution and the emergence of qi deficiency syndrome in the later stage,which further proved that the "time and space system of Yin and Yang and Five Movements" constructed by us was scientific from the perspective of clinical research and met the needs of life science research.It is worthy of further research and improvement of this theoretical system and extensive promotion.
