Objective:Internet Gaming Disorder(IGD),as a mental illness, has become a public health problem of global concern and urgent solution. The"Statistical Report on the Development of the Internet in China"shows that Chinese Internet users have the largest group of middle school students, and the proportion of college students who are deeply involved in online games is increasing year by year.IGD is constantly eroding the physical and mental health.College students are the country's precious wealth and national rejuvenation. However, some college students have a more serious crisis of spiritual crisis, with"hollow disease"appearing, the concept of"three lives"lacking, and they are stuck in the Internet quagmire. Therefore, this research takes spiritual factors as the starting point, and intends to achieve the following three research objectives:1.To develop a spiritual belief assessment tool suitable for the localized environment and the characteristics of Chinese college students.2.Construct a predictive model through path analysis to explore the complex interaction mechanism between mental factors and college students'IGD and other influencing factors.3.The first attempt to apply the"AA"mode"Twelve Step Facilitation(TSF)"combined with structured group work to the treatment of college students'IGD,thereby expanding the use and efficacy of TSF in China, and also enriching college students'IGD The intervention and correction provide practical work plans and guidance suggestions.Methods:1.Compilation of a questionnaire on spiritual beliefs for college students A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1434 college students(422 in sample one;1012 in sample two)from more than ten colleges and universities, and SPSS22.0 was used for item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire, and AMOS22.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis.2.Psychological factor analysis and predictive model construction of college students'IGD.Using Internet Addiction Scale(IAT)and Diagnostic Criteria for Online Game Addiction(DSM-V)as screening tools;College Students'Spiritual Belief Questionnaire,Symptom Self-Rating Scale(SCL-90),College Students'Psychological Needs Network Satisfaction Questionnaire,Family The Functional Assessment Questionnaire(FAD),Adolescent Life Event Scale(ASLEC),Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),and the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used as evaluation tools for 1012 college students(sample 3)from six universities in Liaoning Province.SPSS22.0 was used for data statistical processing and analysis, including t,F test, product difference correlation, linear regression analysis,etc.3.Intervention research of college students'IGD.A total of 20 IGD college students(sample 4)were recruited through the screening tool of Study II,and the experimental group and the control group were randomly divided. The experimental group was treated for 12 weeks through the structured group work of the"AA"model.Use SCL-90,College Student Spiritual Belief Questionnaire,College Student Psychological Needs Network Satisfaction Questionnaire,SCSQ and PSSS for effect evaluation.SPSS22.0 non-parametric test was used for data processing and analysis. All of the above are statistically significant with P values less than 0.05.Results:1.The Spiritual Belief Questionnaire of College Students contains 16 items, and a three-factor model is constructed:life orientation, achievement value and action drive.KMO was 0.938,Bartllet was 6432.248(df=351,p<0.001),internal consistency reliability was 0.911,split-half reliability was 0.869.There was a significant correlation between the factors(r=0.665-0.757,p<0.01),and was smaller than the correlation between the factors and the overall questionnaire(r=0.891-0.903,p<0.01).The self-compiled questionnaire was related to the Miller Mental Scale(MMS)The correlation coefficient of the Social Belief Subscale is 0.553,and the overall correlation coefficient with the Chinese Han Nationality College Students'Spirituality Scale(SSHNUC)is 0.7,both reaching a significant level. The questionnaire has good structural validity and convergent validity.X~2/df is 3.52,GFI is 0.960,AGFI is 0.941,CFI is 0.967,TLI is 0.957,RMSEA is 0.050,RMR is 0.025,the model fitting index is ideal, and the questionnaire structure is stable.2.First,there are differences in grade, gender, subject, major, time of first contact with online games, and game time in college students'IGD,and the screening rate is 2.37%;second,the addicted group and the non-addicted group have differences in family function and psychology. There are significant differences in health, spiritual beliefs, and life events, comprehension of social support, coping styles, and temperament. The differences in psychological needs network satisfaction are not significant;third, college students'IGD and mental health, psychological needs network satisfaction, family function and life events are significantly positive Correlation is significantly negatively correlated with spiritual beliefs, coping styles, temperament and social support;fourth, with spiritual belief, family function, temperament and personality as independent variables, college students'IGD as the dependent variable, three sets of multiple mediating effect paths are constructed;Fifth, spiritual beliefs and mental health play a chain-like mediating role in the relationship between family function and online game addiction;sixth, mental health plays a mediating role in family functions affecting online game addiction, and spiritual beliefs have a moderating role.3.After the"AA"model structured group work, the experimental composition of addiction, clinical diagnostic criteria, mental health, spiritual beliefs, psychological needs network satisfaction, coping styles, and comprehension of social support were better than those of the control group, and all were better than those before treatment Improved(p<0.05),no significant change in the control group(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.All indicators of the Spiritual Belief Questionnaire for College Students meet statistical standards and can be used as an effective evaluation tool to measure the spiritual beliefs of Chinese college students.2.There are complex interaction mechanisms between mental factors and college students'IGD and other influencing factors, including multiple mediation effects, chain mediation effects, and regulated mediation effects.3.The"AA"model structured group work has played an active role in correcting the IGD of college students.
